This went from my favorite McDonald’s to the worst…. Multiple times now I’ve had to go inside for my curbside order after waiting 20-30 minutes for a very simple 2 item order. They seem to have no clue how to train their employees to work effectively. Fast food should not be taking this long, and if your employees can’t handle the job you need to pay better and hire new ones.

12/6/2025 I arrived at 2:30! They were slammed. I put an order in at the kiosk to not bother the employees. It did not print a receipt. So I waited for about 10 minutes for an employee to acknowledge that I was standing by a register and asked them to print me a receipt. They proceeded to tell me that I did not have an order. I asked two employees. They literally just blew me off. I had to ask for a manager to get help. Long story short they did print my receipt. But they gased me to the fullest. They didn’t even try.

I was so disgusted at the drive through order we received. After picking it up and driving home about 10 minutes we unpacked and served it to our kids. We had rotten, vinegary smelling tomatoes on the chicken club. The chicken was pink in the center. We order a 20 nugget for one child, they were wet and cold. It didn’t even look like they were cooked right. The fries were limp, soggy and had so much salt on them they were unable to be swallowed. Last the quarter pounder was not cooked well. It was pink in the center and cold. Upon calling McDonalds I got a brand new manager who told me, nothing they could do, because we had already taken the food home. And that we should have checked it at the establishment. This was the absolute most disgusting fast food experience my family has ever had. This McDonalds needs work, need a new cook, new fry maker and manager.

This place is amazing. It has great food. The best are the fries in my opinion. The people are nice. The drive thru is not too busy during the day. My kid loves happy meals. I think it is worth the time.

I like this place, but there have been numerous times where I’ve asked for my burger to have just ketchup and cheese, and just gotten the works put on it. I don’t like complaining, but I can imagine it happens it other people too. Can you respect the customer enough to take their order correctly? Thank you. Plenty of other mcdonalds. Waited 10 minutes at the counter to place my order then another 20 minutes on the food for it to be wrong. Very irritating they only focused on keeping the drive thru moving which I have gotten parked for tge simplest thing like a plain burger it takes less time to make plain then regular.

I don’t generally complain much, but today has overall been a rough day. It was around 8 o’clock at night, I walk in an order a chicken sandwich with bacon and cheese. When I get home, there was no chicken on my sandwich at all. Now, I’m too respectful, I don’t wanna go back and make a fuss about something that probably was a mistake, but I just want people to be aware. Many orders at the Lombard McDs have had missing parts, were wrongly made, or were overall not to standards. Hopefully, they’re able to fix their issues and get back to produce better product.

Bad management with unacceptable drive thru service. A 20+ minute wait on the drive thru defeats the purpose of fast food and drive thru service. Employees are either not trained properly or not held accountable. When you have multiple employees visually seen with earphones and actively using their personal phones while work is required, it demonstrates and set an unprofessional environment. This location needs to do better, for the consumers unaware of every dollar they spend and for the consumers who are aware, and values their dollars for a quality service.
