Went and got a Chicken Tender Ranch Wrap tonight got home and went to take a bite when I noticed the inside was RAW – I don’t normally cut into it but my husband and I were splitting a couple things tonight for dinner this being one of them.
So check your chicken meals from now on

Don’t go at night time they don’t even give you what you order and forget the toppings. Ordered at number a spicy chicken .sandwich at 945pm no lettuce and tomato and it was regular non spicy chicken. And they are to busy to get out of there. So far going in day time they care about the customer order and greeting them . And not complaining your in drive threw

C’mon, Wendy’s! This is not how to TREAT your customers!
On the Wendy’s website, it says we can keep using our 2025 Jr Frosty key tag until they provide another one. Was told by the kind manager here that per a regional email sent out, this Wendy’ refuses to accept the 2025 key tag so I guess I’m SOL until February. I drive through here often but won’t eat at this Wendy’s again until then… Seems pretty disingenuous!

I ordered 4 plain burger patties with no bun. With tax, I was charged $24.48 for 4 patties! That’s nearly $25/lb for hamburger!!
When I realized what I thought was a mistake, I took the patties back to correct it. They said they don’t have a “patty button” on their register so they have to charge full hamburger price ($5.59 for each patty). I told them I’ve been to many Wendy’s where they charged $1-2 per patty. They said they’re an independent franchise so they’re run differently. I told them I’d like to return my patties. They said they weren’t sure if they could return them but I insisted until they did.
-We ordered #3- 10 piece nuggets (what we thought was a meal-see pic). Sign said $4.59 and we were charged $7.99. I asked them about this. They said it’s $4.59 for just the nuggets. The fries and drink are extra. (We ordered a frosty so we expected a little extra but not $3.30 extra.) I pointed out that their signs show chicken nuggets, fries and drink for $4.59. There’s not a different price listed for a combo. They said they aren’t sure why their signs are like that.
-We also ordered a crispy chicken BLT and were given a crispy chicken instead. Didn’t notice that mistake until after we left.

The nuggets looked overcooked, old and dry as paper. They shouldn’t serve food that looks like this. I used to work fast food and this place should be embarrassed for serving low quality food. The cooking oil is probably old and hasn’t been changed out in a while.
Tired of wasting my money on this place.

We went to this location at 9:45ish pm on a Friday after a football game. We ordered and were asked to wait in stall 2 for our food. We waited for quite a few minutes, the order was wrong and the burgers were cold.

Absolutely the worst customer service you could even think of. Dude was extra short. Had to repeat myself more than once. If it would have been anything other than absolutely dead in there i would have understood. Everyone needs restrained. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!

I absolutely cannot stand that they are closing everything down before they are officially closed. I am pregnant and it’s extremely annoying when I just want a frosty at 10:00pm/10:30pm and they say “Sorry we’ve already emptied it” my husband got some baconator fries for me… the bacon is cold, cheese isn’t melted, and fries aren’t even warm…
I worked in a burger joint before.. you do not close everything down and refuse to serve what is on the menu because you want to leave right as the clock turns 11:00… you stop service at 11:00 and start cleaning after the doors are locked.. not an hour before you are set to lock the doors. I’m not even one to be a Karen either but it’s extremely annoying having worked fast food.. you serve what is on the menu as long as you are open.

We wanted to sit in after the basketball game and on google it says their lobby is open till 10 pm but the last 2 times we have gotten there it has been closed before 9 pm with chairs on the tables.
