McDonald’s employees are rarely happy, but this location…zero smiles, zero greeting, zero thank you,. NOTHING. Last 2 visits had missing items, called, they put my name on list, each time when I returned to receive missing product, THEY WROTE THE WRONG NAME DOWN.

We went to place our order at the drive thru. Employee said she could not hear me. I spoke louder then she said do not scream at me. Placed our order for ice cream. When we drove around to pay we were informed the ice cream machine just stopped working. Left and went across the street at Wendy’s.

Very small McDonald’s. Easiest to order through the app while in the lobby, pickup your food and LEAVE immediately! My order was correct. Signs everywhere stating “No loitering”. Signs everywhere stating you can only sit and eat for 30 minutes. Tables were dirty anyhow. Restrooms you need a code to use. There is plenty of parking in the adjacent Wal-Mart parking lot. I saw a few RV’s parked day use.

i ordered 2 fries, and only received one. they pit barely any sauce on my spicy sandwich when i specified extra, i also ordered a extra sweet and sour sauce and didn’t receive it even tho i waa charged for this. i went back inside to talk to the worker and she started arguing with me?? this happened may 25th around 5-5:15 pm. she was a rude lady and shouldn’t be working with customer service.

I’ve been a resident of paso robles for three years and I buy food at this particular mcdonalds at least once per day. This review is written specifically about the morning management crew which can only be described as rude, entitled, and without question, discriminatory. On no less than fifty (50) separate occasions I have witnessed the female manager berate individuals for staying longer than 15 minutes. These individuals all paid for food and we’re seated inside the restaurant minding their own business. I’ve personally heard the managers laugh and joke about the unhoused who come in to the restaurant and take turns walking by them and telling them they needed to leave because it was a family restaurant and they were not welcome. I have seen enough at this point to say good riddance to this place. Stay away from this mcdonalds. It is not a quality location.
