Amber & Tiff are outstanding employees at this location they went above and beyond when another location gave issues with an online order (Loves Hardee’s) Amber tried talking to other location employees and even a the store manager, with no resolution, But what’s important is Amber and Tiff resolved my issue without any hesitation, (my order was transferred to this location only because the Love’s Hardee’s location didn’t have curly Fries) and this is what customer service is supposed to be!

I thought I was ordering chicken strips but I ordered chicken BLT sandwich. I took the bacon off because it wasn’t crisp. The fries were fresh and hot. The lids for the cups were under the counter. I had a bit of difficulty finding a lid for my drink, but an employee helped me find it. Oh! And they didn’t have curly fries.

Update… I took a couple stars off for the food. Ordered a Frisco berger and it was horrible. It seems they changed the meat patties to some kind of soy berger or something. It was hard, thinner patty and tasted like it was fake. This happened twice weeks apart, so it don’t seem as though it was a one off thing.

The best breakfast in town! Who doesn’t love Hardee’s biscuits and gravy? My new favorite is the ultimate bacon biscuit! Double bacon, fried egg, and cheese asked for extra crispy and it is fabulous!

This is the “Big” Chicken sandwich I received. It was undercooked as well and inedible. I wrote to them through their website and social media pages but they ignored it all.

Was real cool about my pickle thing.
I was like, “I asked for no pickles.”
They were like, “here ya go”
I was like did you just pull them off? I can still smell them.”

First time for breakfast! Had a sausage egg cheese biscuit meal with a coffee. Sandwich was delicious and some fast food coffee is so good it surprises me….Hardee’s is one of them! Worker was understandably frustrated with the business but it was definitely pouring out of the window from her other workers. Other than that was a perfect experience!
