Everybody deserves five, as long as they’re trying. But for this visit, I can only give 2.5. I won’t be returning, I will drive to Brookings Or. 30 miles north if we get pizza. Why would your employee’s argue then make me feel like I was inconveniencing them for an obviously wrong order? I feel like I have to remove my Pizza Hut app, Over a lack of pepperoni, and sausage. CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE IS AWFUL!!!! Your staff leaves customers waiting at the counter for over 20 minutes with no acknowledgement. The only thing ever said was “we’re busy” and walked away. The dishwasher worker could see the counter with multiple people in line and ignored every person, didn’t even call to the other workers for help up front. My husband had to take a few steps into the kitchen to get the attention of an employee. Our pizza was already ready, in the warmer, just needed it pulled and handed to him. When asked to speak to a manager, the employee came out and started throwing the “ready” orders onto the counter and calling out names. MULTIPLE people in lobby for pickup… DO BETTER!

I haven’t had Pizza Hut in years so I thought I would. I ordered a big New Yorker with jalapeno, pineapple. I didn’t look at it when I picked it up thinking they couldn’t mess it up and drove to the shore to eat it. Excited I found a place and opened the box to find Jalapenos and Pepperoni! I don’t eat pepperoni! I didn’t order pepperoni!
Driving back I was offered a remake or a refund. I took the refund! I was not going to wait another 15 min for a pizza that should have been made probably. I don’t care where I am. There is no excuse! I have worked in all types is restaurants! Private and corporate! Get it right! I will not be ordering every again. I don’t care how badly I want relive the past!

For a little background, I have worked in the food industry for over ten years and I was picking up an order for my birthday.
Not only did I have to call and change my pick up time but the service worker who answered was more than helpful. They even told me what numbers to push to bypass the automotive answering system to get directly transferred to my store quicker. Which is amazing as the automotive service is lengthy to listen to.
BUT IT GETS BETTER!
When I arrived to pick up my order, I explained that I live far away and asked if I could get the pizzas wrapped in foil or something to keep them hot longer. They plastic wrapped my order! I was so happy that they went above and beyond for me to make my order special and as fresh as possible when I got home. And they didn’t even know it was my birthday! The women who helped me was named Enhelica (like Angelica). She was wonderful and defiantly deserves recognition from her superiors! Amazing customer service, really made my birthday great!

I ordered two large pizzas. Buy one get one free special. The crust tasted just like the walk in cooler smells. Very little sauce, the toppings looked like they were for 1 pizza, divided up for 2 pizzas. Two people here had one piece of each.We couldn’t eat it. I called and complained.They offered me a five dollar credit. I am not one to complain. But it was that bad. I refuse the five dollar credit. to me that with a slap.In the face. I will never buy a pizza there again. Itza pizza the place to go in crescent city.

I ordered online and they said we will call when my order is ready they never call me after went to pick up my order there was no one after I called them a guy with tattoos he came and said I am not in charge than I waited 10 minutes more finally someone came and I asked why no one in not in counter the guy yelling you should be respectful i sad and than stop yelling at me he ask me let’s go out to show you how we work here I just get out.
