This location is TERRIBLE! The employees here don’t ever seem to know what they’re doing and always take forever to give out the food. I waited over 10 minutes for ONE chicken sandwich and when I went to ask about it the employee told me he forgot about my order.

Customer service was bad, we ordered online wanting to make an exchange on an item while we were to pick up order. The cashier said we couldn’t exchange it , because the manager said,No! We had to make an extra purchase8 for the simple exchange we were asking for. Tenders were hard and cold. Besides that everything else was great. Need to train staff and managers better with simple situations. This happened on Sept. 1 @ 12:30 and 1pm. The one on 13 street in harlingen

First let me say I LOVE CHURCHS chicken. Now my issue, I went today to get my Tuesday 50% off two piece chicken and was expecting to pay $1.75 plus tax ($3.49/2) and instead was told it’s 50% of the “regular “ price on the board. Turns out the board says $4.69 FOR TWO PIECES OF CHICKEN! Hasn’t it been $3.49 for forever? What a disappointment! Might as well just say $2.49 for two Tuesday. I wouldn’t feel ripped off and would have felt like it was a deal.

So I gotta give props to these workers and management. I placed a mobile order and when I got there it was very busy. I only saw 4 workers. So yes it did take a bit but wasn’t mad about it because I have worked in the food industry before and it’s not as easy as it looks. Even though they were super busy. They were still smiling and getting the orders out. My food was fresh and delicious.

I tried it for the first time. I wasn’t a fan. We’ll never go back. Nothing against the establishment itself, I just did not like their food. I thought the chicken was bland the mashed potatoes weren’t that great. The only thing they really had going for them was the honey butter biscuit.

I came 45 minutes before closing time and they told me they only had 4 pieces of chicken left and would not make anymore. So I came to another location with now 30 minutes till closing time and was told they would make the chicken fresh with a 15 minute waiting time. Here I am waiting on my fresh chicken. Do better this is the second time this has happened at this location.
