What wonderful care and attention to detail just look at the pictures. I had to wait for them to remake my pizza. They made some sort of mistake. And then I got the greasy mess in the pictures. I would have been better off with a frozen pizza. I flipped it over so you could see how soaked in grease it was.

Wow, quality has gone down for this location not sure what’s going on, but we’ll never be going to this Pizza Hut again I highly recommend going to Pizza chalet instead.

My pizza was dry stale had little to no sauce and the wings had no sauce either and we’re supposed to be medium spice tasted like orange chicken disgusting I then called the location to let them know that my pizza was not good and that the crust He said that that that type of cross is thin, bad customer service horrible pizza don’t go

Damn this is sad. Employees plus supervisors don’t know how to upsale they can’t make a pizza and don’t even tell u about the sales they have. They’ll take advantage of ur grandparents if u send them there. Dismiss this place kick it out of Perris . Trash.

I am beyond disappointed. My pizza was cold and raw, with the pepperoni barely cooked. On top of that, the cheese tasted absolutely nasty and disgusting like it was old or spoiled. This is the second time this has happened, and it’s absolutely unacceptable. I wasted $48 on a pizza that wasn’t even properly prepared. How does this keep happening? It’s disgusting that they would serve food like this. I’m never ordering here again.

Just spent almost $100 on food, the service was horrible they had no cheese or crushed peppers the plates where still wet from what i hope was a wash! Didnt offer any essential, and to top it off my 1year old daughter had to watch t.v in silence. They couldn’t even higher the volume for her! She is 1 she cant read i mean thats the least they can do being that i just spend a good amount of money. And most importantly My Bf uses the bathroom and returns with a disgusted face and says there was blood on the seat of the toliet…safe to say iam NEVER RETURNING TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT.

Absolutely horrible pizza! We spent $127.00 and we were told it would cost another $8. for 8 tiny ranch dressing cups to go with our meal! We ordered wings as well. Toppings were almost nonexistent!

I am located in Perris, California, and they do not deliver in Perris, California. Whoever is running this franchise is doing so poorly. This franchise has a 3 star rating. All the owner has to do is sell what Pizza Hut has been already selling successfully for years, how does one mess that up? Hopefully this place can get their hours, budget, and overhead adjusted properly to improve the store rating and get a bigger, REAL profit on the backend. PIZZA HUT USED TO DELIVER. Wack. I’m going gourmet.
