Best napolitan style pizza in the entire city! We had a phenomenal experience overall, and really felt like in Italy. We ordered a bufalina and a salsiccia: the dough was just very soft, flavorful and slightly crounchy, the toppings were very authentic, and the olive oil was great. They also served us an outstanding tiramisù – the best tiramisù we had in the city. The waiter was also very nice, and the place is very quiet. Couldn’t recommend it enough!!

My absolute favorite pizza spot in SF. We come here atleast once a week . The pizza is really the best, authentic Italian dough and recipe. We usually have the Calzone, but open. We also love the salted caramel ice cream. The service is also always very fast. The pasta is also great and all the meals we had here were amazing. Highly recommended.

I had an incredible experience here! The uplifting atmosphere and little details, like the beautiful ceramic plates, really add to the charm.
The food speaks for itself. You can tell they use top-quality, authentic ingredients and put real care into every dish. Everything we ordered was delicious, and it made me want to come back just to keep exploring the menu. If I lived in San Francisco, this would easily be one of my regular spots.
Prices are very fair for the quality you’re getting, and it’s absolutely worth it. If you love Italian food-or even if you’re just visiting San Francisco-this is a must-visit. Don’t hold back on trying a variety of dishes, you won’t be disappointed!

Really good oven roasted pizza, the chef even threw in some veggies we asked for in our chicken pizza. The pesto gnocchi was a little hard for my taste. A very cute restaurant with cute lighting and decor.

Walked here from my hotel last Friday, super packed but for good reason! I opted to dine on the patio for quicker seating and am so glad I wasn’t deterred by all the buzz. I ordered Arancini and a Pepperoni Pizza, both were amazing, my boyfriend and I were raving about their dough and sauce the rest of our trip. Best customer service I’ve ever experienced, my waitress was still so so kind and attentive even after having to be protected from a mean Door Dasher by more equally as kind and attentive staff. I had a wonderful dinner here, I hope to be back again soon!

I’ve been coming to ‘Napizza for several years now and have always appreciated the delicious food, welcoming service, and laid-back atmosphere. But what inspired me to finally leave a review was my visit last night—Tuesday, August 5th, 2025—what I’ll now refer to as “the night of the perfect storm.”
When I walked in, I was warmly greeted by Sarah, who seated me at a cozy corner table. At the time, there were only a few other guests—pretty typical for a Tuesday evening. But within just 30 minutes, the entire restaurant filled up. Around 10 to 15 tables were seated almost all at once, and I quickly realized there was only one Sarah managing the floor.
Curious to see how it would all play out, I placed an appetizer order and settled in, expecting things to unravel. Instead, I watched as Sarah handled the rush with grace and professionalism—kindly engaging with each table, taking complex orders without rushing, and keeping her composure the entire time. It was genuinely impressive.
Was my dining experience flawless? Not exactly. The kitchen was clearly overwhelmed with the sheer volume of dine-in and to-go orders, and the food took quite a while to arrive. But the way the situation was handled—especially by Sarah—was so admirable that I felt compelled to share it.
When you visit a neighborhood restaurant like this, you come for the quality, the heart, and the human experience. You don’t expect the fast-paced precision of a big chain, and honestly, that’s part of the charm. A little patience and empathy as a guest go a long way.
(And one last note: the pizza in my photo is no longer on the menu—this is my official plea to bring it back!)

The food was delicious. We ordered the pepperoni pizza, and the dough was full of flavor. The restaurant had great vibes, and I loved the restoration hardware chandelier.

The pizza capricciosa was tasty and comes from a massive pizza oven. Bits of the crust were burned but this is normal, also in Italy. I can tell. The dough in the middle was a bit too thin for me. At some places almost not existing. Some of the toppings seemed to come from cans. The half boiled egg was just added later and not part of the oven cooking. The trofie with ragu which my wife had, was nice too. Our kids had two kids pizzas with cheese and Micky mouse ears, and like it. Also the fries were thin and crunchy. The vibe inside is chic, a bit hasty and many questions ‘how is the food?’. We were here on a Friday evening when it was full, so a bit noisy which is understandable. The prices were high, but common in SF nowadays.
