I ordered a veggie deluxe through the drive-through with NO sunflower seeds. Somehow, when I got home, it looked like I had ordered extra sunflower seeds, and the avocado — arguably the main (and most expensive) component of a veggie sandwich — was completely rotten. Impressive, considering it’s literally a veggie sandwich.
I went back to the store to explain the issue. The employee I spoke with was very pleasant, apologized, offered a refund, and even gave me a free cookie — which I appreciated.
Fast forward two weeks… still no refund. I contacted the store and was told to email for resolution within 24–48 hours. That was four days ago, and I haven’t heard back.
Again, this isn’t the norm for this place, which makes it more disappointing. One bad sandwich happens. Being told a refund is coming and then having to chase it down weeks later is where it really misses the mark.

The Whitneys
We went to this location today & fell in love with these delicious cookies! We especially loved the buckeye & double frosted peanut butter ones but everything was yummy to try. They’ll be opening a location closer to us soon & I made an Indeed account just to apply there-I hope it can happen. The service was also impressive-great experience!

I’m so sorry to do this as Cutler’s has been amazing over the years, but… they’re charging exorbitant prices for a sandwich that is absolutely not worth that much. I’ll give Vito’s my money for a sandwich that’s ABSOLUTELY worth the money! And just an FYI, it’s been known to all the locals that if you want a good sandwich (that used to be totally worth the money) go to the Bountiful location, but if you want an amazing cookie go to the Centerville location. Not sure why one can’t make a good sandwich and the other can’t make a good cookie, but it is what it is. So sad to have to take my business elsewhere, that B-Town will be missed, but not at that price!

Ordered sandwiches from the drive thru for my family tonight and they were amazing. Everyone in our family was pretty blown away. And their cookies are awesome! Way better than crumble. Definitely worth it.

These peanut butter cookies are so darn good I ate the whole box myself. What a nice treat to find a local shop actually selling decent cookies, a lil on the pricey side tho. Almost $20 for a half dozen??? The sandwiches are pretty damn good too tho!!

I’ve had some sub-par experiences with this location recently, which is a real bummer because I enjoy their sandwiches and cookies.
The last time I was here they forgot my cookie and left the tomato (when it was specially requested no tomato, which was also indicated on my receipt). No biggie, these things happen.
Today I did the drive through and I was one of two cars in the drive through. I calculated the time and it took about 20 minutes to get my food (order was put in at 12:13, I exited the drive through at 12:31).
First, it’s a rather pricy place ($23 for a sandwich, cup of soup, and a cookie), which I wouldn’t mind but the soup was pretty cold and had the consistency of a potato salad, not a soup. The sandwich and cookie were good.
Overall an okay shop. I love supporting local, so I wish it would have been a better experience for the price.

Best Sandwich Shop in town! Best Cookies and sandwiches around – quality ingredients and really fresh. Local shop, local kids usually working there and they do a great job foods always awesome have got the Rueben and it’s delicious and the “Sam-which” and the Cranberry and the B-Town Club- all are amazing. Important distinction- there is a Cutler’s Cookies In Centerville but it’s not the same brand quality or ownership it seems like. Bountiful Cutlers is the only way to go. It’s the bomb.

Cutlers Bountiful is always a good choice or a meal! Sam and Kyle both made my order exactly as I like it and the ordering process was smooth and easy. The holiday sandwich is my absolute favorite and paired with a brownie marshmallow cookie-perfect lunch! Thanks for being a David County staple!

We drove 40min for these cookies because we saw their TikToks on my feed and, wow! Worth the drive! These cookies are delicious! We loved the iced oatmeal raisin and the old fashioned peanut butter but all the cookies were fantastic! Next time we’re in town, we’ll try their sandwiches.
