Ordered online around 3:50pm. Our order was ready in the time that was allotted. We ordered the 30 piece crew pack (all boneless). Ordered the large fry well done. And the veggies all carrots. Staff was friendly and courteous. And, the restaurant was clean. Had 15 pieces done with the Cajun seasoning and 15 with the Mango Habanero. The Mango Habanero seasoned wings were a bit uneven. Some pieces were missing the sauce. They were still very good. The carrots were thick cut and crunchy. The Ranch dip was a bit watery ,but adequate for dipping. The Cajun wings were spicy and vinegary. Very tasty. The fries were ordered well done. They were not cooked long enough. They were soggy and limp. Had to air fry to make them better. They were well seasoned and still good. Overall we will be back.

All I wanted to do was to grab my wife an order of boneless chicken wings and hot honey rub sauce. I went ahead and tried to order 2 hours in advance before the super bowl knowing that there may be issues with getting my food right up against the time the super bowl starts. We tried to place an order online and it told me that they were out of hot honey rub. I told my wife well let me call them because sometimes the websites are wrong and they may actually have some in stock. I called and they picked up and did confirm that they do have the hot honey rub in stock but they could not take a to-go order over the phone but would let me grab it in person. I then proceeded to drive 20 minutes over to this location to place a to-go order in person for the chicken. I was then told that I cannot place it to go order in person and even though I drove the 20 minutes over there to pay for the food and eat it, I would not be allowed to do so because this time was blocked off. Very frustrating to be told that I could get what I wanted if I was to make a 20 minute drive and then get there and be told that that was incorrect and they could not serve a willing and able paying customer. I always thought if I showed up at a restaurant with money and knowing what I want that I could get food but apparently that is not the case with Wingstop in White House.

Wings were super small, like gas station size. For reference, my thumb was bigger than most of our wings. (I wear a size small in women’s gloves.) Plus, the wings were overcooked. Do better.

Not impressed by any means. Ate 5 of the 20 and they are not very appetizing to look at or chew. I found a hair sticking to a wing in the container. Called the store and they said I needed to take it up with the app I ordered it from.
I’ll stick with a local place for my next ordered wings. This was the honey rub.

Was super excited about Wingstop coming to WH, but they’re 0-3 on orders for me. The first attempt I ordered online and it got to us super fast, but I was shorted 13 wings. I called and they promised to give me 13 for free on my next order. Order 2 came and I called to redeem that and they told me I had to come in or they couldn’t do it. I ended up just ordering online again and didn’t try to get the 13. The online order said 25-35 minutes and ended up showing up cold 75 minutes later. Then for strike 3… I ordered $150 worth of food last weekend. 30 minutes later a single plate of pasta (yeah..) was delivered. Driver left it at the door without knocking. When I called to get it straightened out I was told the driver was coming back. 20 more minutes later they tell me he isn’t coming and I’ll get a refund for my order. No offer to replace the order, no offer of anything to rectify the situation. Really sad to say I won’t use this Wingstop again. 3 strikes in a row is enough for me.

I did a DoorDash order for the boneless BBQ wing and when they arrived barely any sauce on them. This is not the first time this has happened. The managers need to get their employees in shape with saucing these wings! The chicken is always good but they REALLY need to work on putting more sauce on these wings!
