We celebrated a birthday here, and the staff made it truly special! The cozy, setting was perfect for the occasion. Welcomed on a quiet Monday at opening time early afternoon we opted for the Lunch menu three courses and it didn’t disappoint! Starters ordered New Delhi Chicken with Asian spiced creamy sauce and also on the table Calamari.
Mains Cheesy Sirloin Served with creamy baby potatoes beautiful!
Kofta Shish Kebab Turkish style mix of lamb and beef shish kebab. Served with rice felt that a yoghurt sauce would make it even more perfect but it was good! Recommend also the Steak Burger. Fresh ingredients beautifully presented and absolutely loved the lemon cheese cake and amaretto coffee. Thank you so much Macello our Dad had a beautiful Birthday and you do everything so well the food is also amazing! We will definitely visit again!

Quaint little place in west derby village with such great attention to detail. Never had steak so tender and full of flavour in a restaurant. The atmosphere was serene and conducive for conversational discussion. Definitely going to visit again.

We enjoyed our lunch at Macello. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. The staff are lovely and nothing is too much trouble. Have eaten there both afternoon and evening and found the service to be excellent. Will be returning again soon.

Welcome was wonderful did not wait more than 2 minutes for table. Service excellent , and the food absolutely delicious. Definately worth a visit the best location for a nice table for a couple. We went at 17pm it was busy staff always available to help with menu selection friendly and chatty. I dropped 1 star for an individual reason which I would like to discuss with management. If they please contact me.

After an incredible day at the LFC parade, me and 8 freinds rang and got a table.
Really good service and very beautiful decor. The food was nothing short of incredible. The steaks were really nice and cooked perfectly to our specifications. The mash! Wow! Almost as smooth as a sauce. The sides were also really good.
Everyone loved the food and we and the quality service for a reasonable price aswell.
Defo will be returning! 10/10

What a beautiful place! We saw pictures before we went but it just didn’t feel like we were in the uk rather felt like we were on a holiday by the Mediterranean coast or something. The staff are so helpful and friendly. The food, what can I say, it was better than perfect! The mains, sides, desserts and dessert drinks! Just too good!! I tried tres leche first time and I can’t get it off my mind. Simply can’t wait to go back and try more things.
