I just got back from a failed attempt to use the drive thru at 3a. They said they were “closed” for the next 10 minutes or so. They had customers and employees there, and there was someone else (not the individual on the speaker box) mopping up. I went inside and got donuts from the gas station instead of wasting my money at Carl’s.
Problem #1. Your prices have moved up faster than inflation. I cut myself off one day a week.
Problem #2. The automated order taker. It asks too many questions and gets my answers wrong about a third of the time, I speak perfect English. I just ask fo a person and i have to do that two or three times. It’s frustrating. Please disable it. You get another service star when you disable the order taker. Because that would be getting Service.
It would be nice to hear those sweet voices again.
It doesn’t cost a thing to be kind. Don’t pick and choose who to be kind to and don’t need to be kind too.
Some employees can come across as rude and unprofessional. They don’t need to be rude. The employee, Jezel B, when I said thank you to her, just responded with a brief acknowledgement. She placed a jalapeno inside my bag and when I interacted with her, she displayed an attitude and rolled her eyes. Need to replace the ink for the receipt.
Cindy seemed judgmental. She didn’t need to have a bad attitude. I said thank you, and she didn’t respond, acting as if she only acknowledges people she likes. Being nice is free.
