DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION! I Ordered a meal for my family using the DairyQueen app from this store and We never received it due to the snow storm I assume. The problem is that the app said the location was open but when I googled it to call and find out what was going on, it said location closed. So after a few days of waiting for it to be refunded to my credit card, it still charged me for a meal never received. So I disputed the transaction with my credit card company, no big deal but this location tried to say I received the meal and was trying to keep my money even yet the location was closed and 2 drivers canceled the order while waiting for it. Short version, These people are crooks and aren’t trustworthy to be serving food in this community.

Ordered 2 6pc strip baskets thru drive thru. Gal at the window (was told she was mgmt but refused to give first name) shorted $7 in change n got disgusted when I pointed that out to her..then I’m asked to pull forward n park they’ll bring my order out to me. It never happened. After bout 30 min of waitin n now seein ppl come n go while I’m still waitin..so I go inside (which is difficult for me as I’m over 70 n have bad knees n recent shoulder surgery) only to have this same gal get really rude sayin I thought u already got it…as if I was lyin to them … my family n I frequent DQ on a very regular basis..however I will NEVER go to this location again n would not recommend any one else go there either…it’s by far the worst DQ…I have grandkids to young to get jobs that r more mature n respectful than the mgmt at this location….shame on them n those that allow it to continue bein run this way

Looks like it was once a great place to be. Stacks of boxes and stuff fill the corners. While I was there it was fairly clean, bathrooms were OK. Staff was awesome and the reason the review isn’t lower. Wasn’t too busy when I arrived 2 people waiting, 1 group waiting and 1car. I got a 4 PC. Chicken. I waited over 25 minutes before telling desk I was just going to go. They had one ready and gave it to me and I left. That’s way too long.

I love Dairy Queen. Their food and treats are pretty good. They’re mostly known for the blizzard, that’s handed to you upside down. However, today was an off day for them. I’m assuming this because this is how my BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich came to me… This is what I saw, pork looks almost white in color, after digging around, found 2 lil pickles, 1onion ring, and it looks as if they just squirted the bbq sauce first, then put everything else on top of it. Lovin the Oreo Mint Blizzard I ordered.

We stood there in DQ for quite some time watching 2 young women laughing, joking around about throwing hot fudge and other topics without them even recognizing they had customers or even acknowledge they had customers. Would have been nice if the young woman had said hello, can I help you or even looked at us. When we finally got our order it was good. Have to say that was the longest we ever had to wait for an ice cream treat. Employees need to be aware that customers don’t always want to know about the employees lives and their personal issues. While sitting there 4 others walked in and stood around while we all heard laughing and joking around in the back of the business. It took several minutes before employees even realized or recognized they had customers. Granted in most cases this is an entry level job, but if working do the best you can because others could be watching and listening. Maybe management could and should properly train staff on how to be professional and how to greet paying customers.

I called in to place an order for an ice cream cake for my boyfriend he doesn’t like the chocolate ice cream so I said can I do both vanilla but still have the chocolate crunch stuff in the middle. The person over the phone said yeah we can I’m like okay. Keep in mind I payed around $35 for this cake I got home cut into it it’s full vanilla. I remember specifically asking for the chocolate in the middle because that’s both of our favorite part. I called the store and the manager took my information and said he had to leave it for the general manager because he couldn’t do anything about it. This was a week ago I’ve been waiting for them to contact me.
