Katie delivered the kind of customer service you don’t forget. I arrived late to pick up my order and fully expected to take the loss. My sandwich was very specifically customized, and I told her it was my fault for being late and that a remake wasn’t necessary. She didn’t hesitate. She asked again and very sweetly assured me it was no problem at all.
This was close to closing time. Most people would have been focused on wrapping up the night. Instead, Katie went the extra mile without being asked, without rushing, and without a hint of inconvenience. She genuinely cared that my food was fresh and exactly how I ordered it.
That level of kindness, patience, and professionalism is rare. Katie turned a simple food pickup into a standout experience and is the kind of employee who represents a brand in the best possible way. Panera is lucky to have her.

Manager was very kind to a man who insisted on yelling three different times about not getting an extra piece of bread.(?) He politely said just let them know next time that’s what you want but this time go ahead and take it, don’t need to pay for it. (Busy lunch time) The man was not happy, yelled about him charging for nothing etc. However the manager was professional, kind and calming. Everyone was working hard to get all the lunches out as quick as they could and they were all very kind. Despite just getting yelled at. Happy holidays to y’all at Panera, you were awesome.

The gift card I used today I didn’t know I had to go online first through zillow.com. I had know other money to pay for it the manager Katie took care of it for me what a blessing nice kind manager thank you.

Great customer service while ordering and picking up my food. Didn’t wait long at all for the food & it was delicious. I’ll admit the floors and tables looked like they haven’t been cleaned in sometime. I’d still go back. All the other times it’s been clean here.

Cold Mac n cheese, chicken bone in my sandwich, absolutely vile carpet. With the floor debris being this bad, you can tell they don’t vacuum/clean daily or even weekly. Disgusted.

Ordered a large Asian salad got home and only had a small salad to far away to go back but was disappointed. They were not busy and should have caught the mistake but oh well .. normally no problems so hopefully next time they will get it right ☹️

I placed a curbside order. They were fast, polite and the food was fresh and delicious. I used the online app to order it, and it was perfect! Thank you! The flatbread pizza is yummy and the Mediterranean veggie sandwich was full of flavor. I have had at this location in the past and recommend their iced coffee, strawberry banana smoothie, the lemon cookie and both flavors of scones.

The food is good. However, it can be hard to get an employees attention at times and the restaurant is always dirty. There is always stuff all over the floor. The bathrooms are gross and the ceiling tiles above the cooking area need to be replaced

We stopped here for lunch last weekend. We just moved to this area and we use to frequently go to the Panera on hall road without any issues. This was our first time at this one and it was awful. I attached a picture of the disgusting things I found in my “fresh” lunch. I ordered the you pick two with the half chipotle chicken avocado melt sandwich and strawberry poppyseed sandwich. The one piece of avocado on the sandwich was inedible. It was brown and had a plastic texture like it had been sitting out for days (see picture). In the salad, I found a huge piece of the bottom core of the lettuce which is also inedible and some of the strawberries were moldy (also shown in picture). My husband ordered the Asian crunch salad, but he was given a sandwich instead. We didn’t complain when we got it because we’re pretty easy going people, but had we known how disgusting the food was going to be, we would have said something. We were the only customers at the time, so they had time to make sure the food was correct. For how expensive this place has become, the “fresh” ingredients should really be checked for freshness more often. Sadly, won’t be back. It was a waste of money, we threw out most of the meal.
