I visited Seasons Gastropub in Morton, Illinois and found it to be a lively, fun spot with a welcoming bar and dining area. I ordered pulled pork sandwich with fries and a pint of their famous bacon appetizer—which were flavorful, though the fries arrived a bit cold and the bacon was rich to the point of over-indulgence. The atmosphere felt casual and energetic with craft beers on tap and a spacious layout, but some creative menu items felt a bit hit-or-miss. Overall, the food was tasty and inventive, though a few details could improve.

We had burnt ends tacos and western burger.
I wish the onion strings were thinner on the burger.
Tacos come on a 3-taco holder but you only get 2… which is fine… it just looks odd. Chips were kind of bland. I dont mean to complain, but just being honest.

I recently met some friends at Seasons Gastropub, it was my first time there. I loved the wide open area. I didn’t get a chance to really walk around and check out the place, but from what I seen it was very spacious. It wasn’t very busy when I got there at 5:30 but a lot more people started coming in after that. The tables are very spaced out, so you can’t really even hear people talking at the next table, so that was nice.
Not going to lie, I wasn’t a huge fan of the pulled pork nachos (there wasn’t much pork) but I might be willing to go back and try something different. It looked like my friends all enjoyed their meals. I didn’t get pictures of their food but one of my friends got a brisket sandwich, the pulled pork sandwich, the fish and fries and a horseshoe. They all looked good.
They had a beautiful fireplace outside with some outdoor seating. I bet it’s really nice in the summertime, that would probably be a good time to come back and check it out.

Stopped in for lunch at Seasons Gastropub on Main Street in Morton, IL—the Pumpkin Capital of the World! I had the Burnt End Tacos with fries and an ice-cold PBR. The tacos, topped with coleslaw, red slaw, and spicy mayo, were excellent. I’ve been here many times over the years to meet family and friends, and it never disappoints. The space is huge with a full bar, private party areas, and a great outdoor patio with seating and a fireplace. Service was spot on, and the menu has something for everyone. Always a solid choice for good food, drinks, and company in central Illinois.

I live so close and had never heard of this place! What a wonderful find! Cool part of town, easy parking, friendly staff with a very Gastropub vibe (which I’m a fan). The only criticism I could think of (which I hope is constructive because nothing was negative about our experience) is this place needs a homemade mayonnaise instead of packets (for in house dining). The Brisket was worth the trip alone. It was amazing! The fries were perfectly seasoned. Tons of beers, ciders, mixed drinks. We came Oktoberfest season. So good !
If you live in the area or are passing through I highly recommend this place. I plan to come back soon because they had so many great options menu and I can only eat so much! See ya soon Seasons Gastropub.

Plenty of free parking although it’s a hike to get in from the parking lot so if you have trouble walking be forewarned. The store was clean and well managed, we had a brief wait for a table but not too bad. Staff was courteous and attentive. The food was pretty good, not great but good. Portion size was average. The restroom was clean and well stocked. Food was out quickly and our orders were correct.

Great food! Great prices! Plenty of space so no one feels like they have to scoot in uncomfortably or sit too close to the person next to them. We had a little party with 7 people and got seated quickly. It’s not loud so we could have conversations. I love their tenterloin!

“Smash burger” was just an overcooked and under seasoned regular burger. Dry and bland. Fries were cold and chewy. Rest of the family’s food was similar. Disappointing because this place used to be super good.

Went at 5:30pm on a Saturday and they were not overly busy. Our appetizer came out with our entrees instead of before. Our appetizer was the only hot thing that arrived. Everything else was one small notch above cold. We were told they didn’t have parmesan fries anymore so we got sweet potato fries, which were flavorless. The pulled pork also lacked flavor or seasoning. Waiter disappeared once we got our food and didn’t seem to notice that no one was eating their cold food. Beer options on tap seemed to be lacking especially since they are a gastropub. We don’t go to Seasons often but have always had a great experience. Not anymore. We won’t be back.

Mouth watering amazing food. I had the fish tacos upon recommendation from the waitress. The sauce had a tiny bit of kick to it. Now I know for next time to order more on the side. When I got the fish tacos I had to wait to eat them because they were so hot! The coleslaw was fantastic. I highly recommend this place. Heads up they do not serve sushi from 2pm-4pm.
