I ordered wings (see receipt). I get fries and even giving me the wrong item no ketchup. This is second time door dash has been given the incorrect order so I posted. I am the one that loses out because I don’t get the food and all they lose is me. So I paid 19 plus fees and tip for fries that I could not eat and decent cheesesteak. Kind of sucks

My family stopped by here for lunch today, and everything was perfect from the burgers and wings to everything in between! We were blown away by the super crispy fries and the delicious wing sauces. The subs were packed with fresh ingredients and left me completely satisfied. Definitely planning to come back—200% yes!!!

The chicken in my order was undercooked, very soft with visible pink inside. This is a health concern, especially because my minor children consumed the food.
When I contacted the restaurant, I was told to bring the chicken back for a refund. I explained that I did not want a refund and instead requested that the order be remade, and asked whether it could be prepared by the time I arrived. I was informed that the order could not be remade until I physically brought the food back, which I found unreasonable given the circumstances.
Additionally, when I asked to speak with a manager, I was told I could not. The employee indicated that communication would be difficult because she does not speak English well, which made resolving the issue nearly impossible. Being denied access to a manager under these circumstances is inappropriate.
This situation involves undercooked food served to children and a lack of proper escalation or resolution. I expect this matter to be taken seriously and addressed promptly.

Gave me undercooked fries. Asked for soft fried. I honestly feel it was intentional because I corrected them and made them remake my fries the first time. So either that or you cant cook, both are not good. I’m telling y’all now. Stop letting strangers cook your food. Them days are gone. These places are going to put somebody in the hospital.

American Deli never fails to deliver the deliciousness. I had been craving wings since yesterday, and finally being able to get there before closing, that’s exactly what I got.
Showed and it was a little busy (but that looks better than a dead restaurant) and Eva was right there to take my order with a smile. Quoted about 15 minutes but order was ready in 10! After sneaking out with a conspicuous amount of fry seasoning (sorry kidneys!) I am satisfied.
You really can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. Phillys are filling, fried rice is fantastic, and of course… the wings! Glad they opened up right next to me house.

If I could give a negative rating I would. Order Lemon Pepper extra crispy and got no seasoning and burnt. I can honestly say I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK AGAIN. The wings were HORRIBLE and spent over $20. No celery just burnt wings. A waste of money since they were not edible. Trashed them for sure SAD. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL

Food was decent – service was below terrible. I was ordering my food at the counter and the young girl taking my order was just on FaceTime the entire time having an entire conversation with whoever and then laughing directly at my face. Extremely disrespectful. I won’t be returning here solely due to the terrible “service” she provided. As someone who rarely leaves reviews, let alone 1 star reviews, this says a lot for me to go out of my way to do this.

We orders wings, And the wings were good! But we will also order our fries crispy. But they were soggy and not cooked. Also we ordered extra dressing. And we did not receive it! This is not good in my book. Even if the food is good if you can’t count on the place to give you what you paid for then I will definitely rethink ordering again.. It’s really disappointing that you can’t do anything about it when you order online and take out And don’t receive what you order!
