So pissed, was supposed to get the potato and they said they didn’t have it, later a older man steps in demanding the spud and she looks and low and behold they have it. Had to get the sandwich, it’s ok it’s good. Customer service however at this location was pretty bad, doesn’t make sense because the place was empty, Barron, just not hardly a soul in there. Idc who wants to work or not, you’re there might as well do it right. (Again not many people were even in there but I see why now) my first time going btw.

I walked in and asked the lady if I should just sit anywhere since I was dining in. She said, “Yes, please do.” I sat down and waited 15 minutes before a server finally told me that I needed to order up front and they would bring the food to my table. So I wasted 15 minutes of my lunch because of that.
I ordered and sat back down. The food was great—I had a French dip sandwich with mac and cheese. However, during the entire 30 minutes I was there, no one asked to refill my drink. I had to go up and get it myself.
To sum it up, if you want to eat here, just order to go. The service is terrible.

So this is one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a McAlisters . There were 4 girls and one man working behind the counter last night . No welcome to McAlisters it was like know one wanted to take an order . Finally one of the girls just gave me a look like they do so I walked on up to her placed my husbands and my order total of 33.07 for to go . As we stood there waiting a young lady walked up to the girl I assume placing her own self in order that work there rang it up did her own change, looked up and walked off. A Mother had gone up there to get something , and her daughter was standing there with the chocolate chip cookie in her hand with cash and at this point there are 4 girls just standing no one would wait on her finally someone did . I looked at my husband and said I think we should get the Ultimate nachos for later tonight and he agreed and said in a sweet tea with lemon for now so I woke up wait place another to go order for 13.71 and walk back to wait finally getting my order I check the first one but not the nachos . Since when do you make the ultimate nachos with all the stuff on the chips for a to go order by the time we got home and I opened the box I could not believe everything was soggy not to mention not. Everyone wants black olives, and jalapeños they used to not come premade and soggy they used to be to where when you got home you made them and added what you want easier than asking them to hold it . So now 46.00 dollars for 2 of us to eat and our nachos like mash . It will be a long time before I go back . ..

It’s sad that you have to actually tip when ordering online OR ELSE you will be OVERLOOKED. I’ve tried this system on more than 3 occasions and it STILL HOLDS TRUE! Today is October 17th 7:57PM…..my order said it would be ready at 7:37pm and IT WAS…. But “ THEY MADE ME WAIT” !I watched it be bagged , taken to the back, my name was NEVER CALLED… I pretended to be tied up in my phone, to see if she would say EDWARDS…. and she didn’t!!!! So when I politely got up to ask about it and showed confirmation time… the young girl says I said Hilary, No you said NOTHING UNTIL I ASKED WHOSE ORDER DID YOU TAKE TO THE BACK….and I said I asked you who’s order and she says I said Hillary BUT ALL THE TIME IT WAS EDWARDS!!! How do I know , I watched , I observed , just as I always have …..the girl I initially asked about my order , upon arriving at 7:32 pm said they working on it… but then the young male decides what’s the name on the order… BUT HE HAD JUST ASKED EVERY SINGLE PERSON Around ME EXCEPT ME… but the young lady upon my asking goes to the back and WOW BRINGS OUT MY ORDER!!!!! It’s all about the TIP!!!
BUT GUESS WHAT !!! I WILL NEVER TIP AGAIN FOR THESE REASONS! So I’ve concluded if you want your order expedited no matter what order it’s taken … then tip…YOU WILL RECEIVE TOP TIER SERVICE …BUT DON ‘T TIP AND SEE WHAT HAPPENS! I have tried so many times over the last few years with the Brandon Ms McAlisters deli and they fail EVERY time. Missing items, 1/2 tsp of cheese on a huge potato, no condiments, attitude from front counter employees. I’m done.

Normally a nice place to eat. Tonight I just wanted a hot meal. Ordered a spud, out of spuds. Ordered a bowl of potato soup… It comes to me at room temp. I am not excited about eating food that has sat in an unwarm warmer all day, so I went to the register to tell them my problem. They offered to heat it (no thanks..bacteria?!?) and were content to let me walk away unhappy with no offer to refund nor to substitute. Sadly, I left hungry.

Food and service are okay. Problem is that EVERY single time we order food to go, they always get something wrong. It may not be a big mess up, something as simple as putting mayonnaise on a sandwich when we requested no mayo. It’s that they never fail to get something with the order wrong, to the point now that our family makes a wager on who’s order will be wrong. If there was a Jersey Mike’s or Jason’s Deli close to this location, we would go there instead. Food is always fresh & hot, tastes good. Serving size could be a bit better. A little more attention to detail would get this location a 5 rating.
