My experience here was amazing! From the moment I entered, I was greeted by friendly workers with a smile on their faces.

Our waitress was friendly and attentive, making us feel welcomed. The Korean corn dogs were delicious and I highly recommend! I also had the Korean bbq chicken which was delicious. Lastly, we had mochi ice cream that was a perfect light dessert.

There’s light music going on and overall the space is not too noisy so you can still think and have a conversation. All in all, a wonderful experience and I’ll definitely be back!

As a fried chicken enthusiast, I must say Bonchon has some of the best fried chicken I’ve ever had. I’ve been back multiple times, and the consistency is definitely there every single visit. While it’s not the best location—tucked away in a strip mall—and not the fanciest place to dine, the customer service and food are absolutely on point.

Make it your duty to try this chicken and let me know what you think. Happy feasting!

We got the soy wings, japchae and korean dumpling soup. The japchae is good, but had better. The soup was plain and the wings were too salty. I would go back again of course to try other items on the menu, but that was just my experience from what we got.

First time here and I’m obsessed already. The food came out fast, the staff was super nice, and everything we tried was SO good. The bulgogi fries didn’t stand a chance (my boyfriend literally licked the plate clean ). And that new kimchi bacon udon? Unreal. 100% coming back.

Food was AMAZING! I went with several friends, and we had nothing but rave reviews, especially the FRIED RICE! We had the Fried Chicken and Wings, Bulgogi Udon soup, Stir-fry Udon, Bulgogi Fries, Pot-Stickers, and Seafood Udon soup. The Udon Soups have a dark savory shoyu/ganjang dashi broth base. Just be careful with the “Spicy” chicken fried rice (it was TOO HOT for me). Everything else was delicious, had rich savory flavors in the broths and sweet and spicy flavors in the sauces. Our lunch orders came out to the table promptly and accurately and the wait staff were very kind and attentive. We enjoyed it so much we went back for dinner the following night! My nephews and I stopped at Bonchon Korean fried chicken for lunch two days ago on a Friday. I had not heard about this restaurant before, but one of my nephews was familiar with it so we went.

We just did a walk-in. I don’t know if they accept reservations or not, but we were seated right away. Everyone was pleasant and courteous. Our server was patient and gave us time to peruse the menu before taking our order.

We ordered wing plates with fries and also edamame. The edamame was prepared nicely and with the sea salt on top, it really gave it a wonderful flavor. The highlight for me were the wings. I cannot describe in words how great these wings were. They had the right crisp on the outside, moisture and tenderness on the inside, and the flavor was absolutely fabulous!

I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely visit again.

So let me start off by saying I’ve ordered pickup twice from this place. 1st time I ordered I got the wings with the street corn. The flavor of the wings loved it and the texture was nice and crunchy my only problem is I HATE BIG WINGS some people like them big I’m not those people YUCK so it immediately turned me off and I couldn’t eat it. But the street corn is my GO TO. 2nd time was today and I ordered the kimchi pork fried rice which was a 8/10 I wish it had more meat but the flavor was definitely there. I also ordered the street corn again which never disappoints. I also ordered the takoyaki it was 7/10 it just needed to be a little more crispy for my liking. But the reason I wrote this review THE WONTON DUMPLING SOUP the flavor was soooo good. This may have beat out the street corn. Long story short I love an hour away but I shall return.

Overall Rating: 6.8/10
This place offers a clean environment with a unique and comfortable atmosphere. It’s a busy spot, which usually indicates good food and service. The staff is friendly, contributing to the overall pleasant dining experience.

Atmosphere: 6.2/10
The restaurant’s cleanliness and spacious layout make for a welcoming environment. The staff ensures customers are well attended to, keeping water glasses full and providing helpful explanations about the different chicken flavors, which adds a personal touch to the service.

Food:

Garlic Chicken Wings / Drums: 6.9/10
The wings stand out for their sweet and bold flavor, delivering on both taste and texture expectations. However, they’re not extraordinarily different from other Korean places.

BBQ Chicken: 4.9/10
This dish falls short mainly due to its lack of flavor and inadequate sauce application, making it less memorable than anticipated.

Fried Rice with Garlic Chicken: 5.1/10
While the dish was satisfactory, it didn’t impress in terms of flavor. The sesame taste was overpowering, overshadowing other expected flavors such as a fresh cucumber, leading to a lackluster experience.

Value: 7.3/10
Pricing, at $55 for three people before tax, feels justified by the quantity and quality of the food, aligning with the overall dining experience provided. The cost reflects fair value, especially considering the attentive service and the quality of the surroundings
