Food is good but when I went I store to pick up the second lady at the register was not only unhelpful but also rude and unprofessional. When I first went in I was assisted by one lady I’ll call her lady #1 and so she told me it’s a 5 minute wait on my order so I then asked does tarter and cocktail sauce come with my order and lady #1 was already occupied with something but there was another lady #2 behind the counter with her that was facing me and looking directly at me when I asked and she just straight up ignored me and that made me feel so uncomfortable so I waited a few seconds and she was just there using swear words and cursing and gossiping with the other staff so I just went and sat down until my order was called. Lady #2 then called my name to come and get my order so I walked to the register and as she was handing me my order, I again asked her is cocktail and tauter sauce inside and she quickly cut me off and said everything is inside the bag so I said thank you and I left and walk to the car. As I got in the car, I opened the bag and I checked and I saw that what I asked for was not in the bag. As I was sitting in the car I see lady #2 walk out the store and my guess is her shift is over so I go back inside and I see another different lady #3 at the counter assisting other customers so I wait my turn. When it was my turn, I explained to lady #3 what happened and I showed her my receipt and told her I just picked up my order and what I asked for was not inside and she gave it to me without any issue. Seeing that there was another lady at the counter, explains why lady #2 was unhelpful. She was rushing to get off of her shift. I don’t know if I’ll come back here again though because good food isn’t enough for me to come back if the quality of service is not also good as well. It’s bad enough that I have social anxiety and I had to deal with this uncomfortable experience. People like lady #2 make people like me not want to come back and patronize at all because of the uncomfort and the low quality of service given.

12.18.2025; 4p – This was my first visit via drive-thru. The menu is overwhelmingly busy and the food was okay. My next visit will be me trying something different perhaps. They covered my pan with aluminum so by the time I got home (30 minutes later) everything was soggy. I revamped the fish & fries in the oven. The red snapper was seasoned and fried well. The conch salad was flavorful and very spicy. The cake was horrible and tasted like medicine. Red velvet cake pairs well with cream cheese frosting; this frosting was sweet chemicals. The cream cheese portion of the cake was not firm and tasted like medicine, as well.
I loved the roasted corn!
I wish they would use quality paper food trays for serving this kind of meal. Sweaty food is a turn off. They should ditch the flimsy paper cups that are used for drinks. My cup was soggy by the time I got home.

Genuinely the best spot in all of Tallahassee. I cant recommend this place enough. They have the best fried chicken gizzards I’ve ever had, and i’ve gotten gizzards a handful of different places. Always well seasoned and battered. They also add this powder seasoning on top of everything even the fried, i asked what it was because it was so good and they claim it’s lemon pepper but it doesn’t taste like it although it’s veryy good. My only complaint is that they forgot my sauces. Fried fish was good quality, corn nuggets, chicken tenders, oysters, everything is absolutely phenomenal.

First time customer, service was mediocre. Front staff weren’t very helpful when trying to decide on a selection. Lunch special was what catch my attention. I browsed the menu and decided to try a dessert. (strawberry banana pudding). Presentation was nasty, labeling was dirty and expires today. Price was $4.29 which wasn’t horrible. Notice to this particular vendor, try checking your product more frequently.

After my wife’s graduation we didn’t want to wait in the long lines at the traditional restaurants. We opted for Snappers and we weren’t disappointed! Their food was fresh, reasonable, and timely. I would recommend them to anyone who wants good food and who doesn’t want to wait forever! A great job….thanks Snappers!

My son and I stopped in for lunch at Snappers on Tharpe Street, and we were both really impressed. He ordered ten chicken wings with curly fries, while I had the Shrimp Po Boy, three wings, and crinkle-cut fries. Everything was cooked fresh and packed with flavor—crispy, hot, and perfectly seasoned. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the service was quick. Their menu is huge and even includes fresh-made desserts, which we’ll definitely try next time. Highly recommend if you’re looking for great food and a relaxed atmosphere in Tallahassee!

Decided to give this place a try and the food is pretty good. Now the employees attitudes stink. They are not helpful at all. I think the place would thrive more if you get better cashiers. The cooks in back were excited to see new faces, but the front staff was tried. I’ll wait a while and try again. Poor service, to me, makes me feel just like the server act, like I don’t want to be bothered.
