Is it really that hard to press a doorbell button upon delivery? Not allowing any type of accountability for delivery orders is wrong and disrespectful to your customers, especially when requiring a delivery fee and tip. I only ask to “please ring the doorbell upon delivery.” This is so I know the food has arrived and doesn’t get cold sitting outside my door. It’s amazing to me it’s not already standard practice to let your customers know their food is delivered. I’ve now requested the delivery drivers to provide the basic respect of ringing a doorbell upon delivery many times and not one has bothered to follow that request, despite the specific and easy request included in the delivery instructions your app forces reminders to include. Why ask over and over and send notifications requesting those delivery instructions if you refuse to follow through with basic delivery requests?

Always a quick and tasty food option! The food is always fresh! This location always seems to be well kept. I’ve never been here and saw it messy or dirty. The staff is friendly and helpful at making suggestions. My typical go to is a steak or chicken burrito bowl and when I saw they had a new Surf and Turf bowl with steak and shrimp, I had to try it. I gotta say, I think that is my new favorite dish here. And, they don’t skimp on the shrimp! I recommend you try the Surf and Turf, it certainly exceeded my expectations.

I rushed in today to make a bowl and when I did, I asked for beans well drained and to go, I was in a rush to get to work and they poured a heap of beans in with the juice and the second scoop with some more.. my bag and the bottom of the bowl were wet with dark juices and my hands were soaked, by the time I made it to work the meal was saturated and wet from all around, I had no sauces or cheese, there’s nothing else this could of been, I already was waiting in no line to order for a minute and by the time we made it to this point she didn’t start over.

Got there 10 minutes before close to find that the crew had locked the doors early. Kinda lame, all I wanted was some queso. Operational hours said open until 9pm on the website and the front door. Not good business.
