I went in yesterday to get my normal bowl. After I started eating I realized there were jalapenos in the bowl. I went to the front and stated due to my stomach surgery I can not have hot jalapenos as it will send me to the hospital.
The two employees talked together in Spanish and then one turned to me and said sorry we can’t help you!
So I just paid almost $20 for a bowl I can’t eat and they sent me packing with no food. They said because I started eating it they wouldn’t replace it! Were they going to re-sell?
The most ridiculous thing I’ve ever witnessed. Horrible management skills at this location and further more. The pico and corn now come packed with small chopped jalapenos which were not in there before this year, they have changed the menu and still call it mild.
To someone like myself that can put me in the emergency room. This is the most outrageous reaction from an employee to a customer I have ever seen. I have notified your customer service and you should take action to the employees that treated me like I just wanted free food.
I have eaten chipotle since they opened and now I could care less. You have some outstanding employees at your establishment I will be sure to spread the word.

I’m not one to leave a negative review, but this visit was rough. The workers mixed up our orders as they came down the line. Then I’m almost done with my meal, and I find an avocado sticker mixed into the food.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I ordered a shredded beef kids meal and found a sharp bone in the meat. This is especially concerning considering it was part of a kids meal — it could have easily caused injury.
When I brought it to the attention of the associate working, she was rude and dismissive, and acted like she didn’t believe me. I called the store and received no help or accountability. There was no apology, no concern for safety, and no effort to make it right. I asked for her name and she said, I don’t disclose that information….
Finding a bone in shredded beef is unacceptable, but the lack of customer service and concern made the situation worse. I hope management takes food safety and customer concerns more seriously moving forward.

Avoid this location!
Paying $13 for a bowl that is not even half full is a joke.
And I’m not even talking about meat, it barely had any rice and beans..
I’m not going to this location anymore.

The only downside to this Chipotle is that parking in that lot is almost impossible. Being on an intersection of Alameda is going to be difficult for it. But of course it’s just Chipotle so it’s always good food and good service

Music was so loud the woman couldn’t hear me speak to understand my order. She also couldn’t fully understand English and trying to understand over the loud music and behind the glass became an ordeal. When I finally just reached over the glass to point at the things I wanted to eat in my bowl, the young woman in the back, I assume to be the manager, just kept yelling at me to keep my hands behind the glass. Yet, the woman taking my order still couldn’t hear me or get it right. They also told me right as I arrived at the counter there was no more white rice for the day. It was 1:00pm lunch rush. And so I had brown, but as I was paying the same woman yelling at me to keep my arm behind the counter appeared with white rice. She offered no customer service at all. No smiles, no apologies, no actually trying to find out the reason I had to keep reaching over the glass to point out which food items to add to my bowl. If she’s the manager, I’d highly rethink that option as an owner. Because she’s terrible to be working in a job that deals with customers. I left with the wrong order, left out food items for my family and a whole lot of frustration.

I typically go to this chipolte for lunch but tonight I decided to go there for dinner. I won’t be returning as I got a build your own kids meal and they gave me not enough meat for one taco let alone the two it comes with. When I said something the man’s response was “you only get two ounces of meat that’s why it’s $5”. Well I’ve been getting this specific meal for years and never has there been so little when it comes to the meat. It’s actually $9 for the kids meal and since I can’t finish a whole burrito that’s typically what I get. I won’t be getting that again as it’s certainly not worth while paying $9 for rice, beans and basically no meat. Very disappointed, I’ve been going to this chipotle location for years and while the lady at the register was sweet and tried to apologize seems unreasonable not to fill up meat that costs cents over losing a customer for poor customer service and stingy business practices.

Picked up a to-go order from here, they forgot 3 toppings including the double steak that I had paid an extra $7 for. The food was cold, and the little amount of steak on the bowl was overcooked and dry.

Just got door dash from this location and I can barely believe how little food they gave me. The minute I picked it up I could feel how little food was in the bowl. This is ridiculous! $15 for this?! Won’t be ordering from this location ever again.
