Wonderful ice cream shop right in downtown Washington. They have a pretty good flavor selection. About 16 flavors when we were there. Generous serving portions. Lots of tables and character inside. Super friendly and fast service. Since on Main Street in downtown, may need to walk a very short distance from a parking lot if no street parking is available.

I have a sweet tooth for ice cream and stopped by here on one of our visits to downtown Washington. The ice cream was delicious! Might be some of the best I’ve had. We’ll definitely be stopping by here more often. The staff was friendly, nice atmosphere, good prices, and delicious ice cream!

Went in and got 3 double scoops. Its the price you would pay for any ice cream “shoppe” $7.50 each. Girls at the counter were not friendly at all and I don’t want to come back due to the attitude. When I checked out they set up the cash register and then walked away to help another- $$$ is the priority not service. No smile and no thank you. Everyone whining about them not being Main Street Creamery get over it- they sold the business to silverspoon they were gone anyways. Whine about how the service sucks for the money you pay and only one sugar free flavor instead.
Ice cream was decent but if I am paying that price, I’d like there to be friendly service. Clean inside. Rather go to Clementine’s in Valley Park for similar prices and similar “gourmet” ice cream. That or Dairy Queen or Dairy Delight for some ice cream in Washington lol.

Delicious! Adorable little ice cream shop in the heart of Washington. Close enough to go after enjoying a day walking the trail by the river.

Went in for ice cream this evening and was very disappointed. Ordered a hot fudge sundae and it was $13. Went ahead and got it expecting a comparable product to what we got when the store was Main Street Creamery, sadly it was not. It was way less ice cream than we expected and they was very little hot fudge, maybe 2 tablespoons total. I think some additional training may be needed.

The ice cream is good, just too bad there wasn’t a somewhat friendly wait staff. People like her should not be in a public position. They were rude the first time and we decided to try again, but we were faced with even more attitude the second time. We probably will go elsewhere

My boyfriend took me here for a special treat one night after we had been seeing the adds on facebook for a month or more. Let me tell you, it was like a dream. Everything was so beautiful and wonderful (perhaps a little pinterest-y), I could have spent hours there just enjoying his company and the wonderful decor and frozen treats. I got the Strawberry Cheesecake shake and he got the chocolate oreo. The only time I have ever had a shake even close to being this good was down at universal studios in Florida. I was and am heavily impressed. He and I will be back again soon.

Despite the pictures in the reviews somehow attached to this business they don’t do the big shakes with the desserts, that was a different company that was there prior. We drove an hour to get here Google and the business should work to get all unrelated picture reviews/reviews taken down?
Edit to owners response: I did not purchase any ice cream as the girl behind the counter was off putting as well. No reason to spend $ somewhere when the staff seems upset you asked about an ice cream you saw pictures of. Literally 1 question. Seems that most of the reviews under this business are also for the old company, so yes a 1 star and a warning for anyone who might see the pictures and want to try them out. I’m glad you SAY you appreciate my feedback, and maybe a little grace IN store with staff attitudes and online would do the business well.

It doesn’t matter the season the Creamery is always a trip you should make. Not only are their specialty shakes tasty, but they are also fun to look at. It has an old time ice cream shop vibe with all the modern yumminess.
