After a long time, decided to try KFC and ordered the Wings & Wedges Box. Received my order without any delays and was impressed with the quality of the food and service in store. The wings tasted great while the nuggets were ok. The only letdowns were not getting the 4 biscuits which I wasn’t able to check while receiving at the store and not getting the food packaged in a box as advertised.But other than that, everything went well and would return again making sure to check the accuracy of the order being received to us.

I had a fantastic experience at this KFC! The store was clean, well-organized, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The staff were friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help, which made the visit even better. My order was prepared quickly and accurately, and the food was hot, fresh, and delicious—exactly what you expect from KFC.
A big shout-out to the management as well for clearly running a tight ship. You can tell the team is well-trained and supported, and it really shows in the quality of service. Great food, great service, and a great atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back!

I have never been in a KFC didn’t have a Oder. It was clean so clean I could smell the fresh air. They smile and greeted us with exceptional service. The manager was even helping out with her crew so I can imagine that she’s a great leader because she had a great crew today keep up the great work guys

I had a very disappointing experience at KFC. My order was missing items, and the order itself was incorrect. I was offered the opportunity to substitute certain items, which I did take advantage of, but after getting home I realized that items were still missing.
On top of that, the food was already cold after just a 10-minute drive home, which was very frustrating. I tried calling the store several times to resolve the issue, but no one answered, and the voicemail box was full.
This was a very poor experience, and I would definitely not recommend this location based on my visit.

I belive if the employees wore hair nets. I would not have had a strand of hair in my food! Soon as I finished my food, I noticed hair in my box. I’m so upset , the young lady at the drive threw window has extremely poor cosutomer service skills.

This place is terrible. Yesterday, my friend and I went through the drive-thru during our one-hour break, and we ended up waiting at the window for 40 minutes. The service was extremely poor. No one informed us about what was happening or gave us any update on why the food was delayed. A simple explanation or communication would have made a big difference, but none was given.
When we finally received our food, the lady handed it to me without even apologizing. I asked why the order took so long, and she said their system went down—yet no one bothered to inform us earlier so we could at least be aware. This isn’t even the first time this has happened.
Because of the delay, I didn’t even get to enjoy the food since I had to rush just to make it back to work on time. Overall, they clearly don’t care about their customers.

That food was delicioussssss, like oh my goodness. I saw the reviews on this place and was very skeptical but it was very nice. I think there’s a new manager I think her name was Kelly? If I remember, she was nice, helped with my orders and made sure I liked the food. If I could I’d give ten stars!!

I hadn’t had KFC in yeeaarrss but a commercial came on about the chicken pot pie and I was very much interested . I use to eat them back in the day so I figured why not. This location my food was fresh and the service was fast, got us in and out that drive through. The young lady over the mic could’ve slowed down a little, she seemed a little rusty with asking, “anything else? Anything else? Anything else?” after each item I was ordering but it wasn’t totally annoying just felt rushed. I was trying to get what I wanted because I don’t eat out often so I wanted to get chicken meals for my family as well. Anyhoo, the food was delicious and the prices wasn’t bad. Didn’t get any pictures, we ate and watched football .
