I’ve been here a few times and haven’t had any complaints, but this time, when I walked in, two girls were taking orders. They were very unprofessional and rude. They didn’t smile and looked like they just wanted to go home. I understand that people have bad days, but at least act happy around customers.

Pretty much just an ordinary panda express. You like their food or you don’t. I’ve only eaten there a couple times, but I felt like my food was cold even as they put it on my plate. But that was just one time. Looks like it’s busy a lot. It’s good enough.

Came into the store 10:49 pm then they looked at me and said oh we are open lol I can’t make this up as I work in the food industry. So I check the hours and supposedly they are open for another 10 minutes. Then I put lol away and watch them laughing inside. Amazing

We always love the food here. But for some reason the broccoli beef was not good. I thought it was just me but my daughter got it to and said the same thing. I did tell the girl that was walking around cleaning the tables but she just said ok I’ll let someone know so we just set it to the side and enjoyed the rest of our meal.

There was a costumer trying to park in the the parking lot and they hit the concrete stopper. So when the customer try to back up to see the damage to the vehicle, the concrete stopper came out of the ground and damaged the bottom part of the vehicle. Not one of the employees went out there to help or was even slightly concerned as to what was going on outside in your own parking lot. The manager was even told about the incident and they did nothing about it!

Revisit: all of the trash cans, both inside and out, were full of trash. During the whole visit not once were any of the trash receptacles taken out! The employees were made aware about it not by one, but by five different customers that were eating. There in the whole 45-minute visit, not once were any of the trash receptacles taken out! Even the manager was aware of the situation and yet they did nothing about it. This is the second time within two weeks at the staff at this establishment cares nothing about the customers or their own store. To make things worse, they never seem to smile or never seem to have a good day when even greeting you or attending to you and your order.

I got chow mein, kung pau chicken and spicy orange chicken. I promise you I have not touched this yet, but what do you see? Because I just see veggies and peanuts.. no chicken in my king pau and no noodles in my chow mein. I guess I paid $12 for a plate of veggies… do better Panda Express at this point I’m own a refund or a new plate with actual food in it.

I love Panda and eat here often, but tonight was a horrible experience. Extremely long wait time, messed up my order several times even after I repeated myself over and over, AND the food tasted awful. Teriyaki chicken was soft and tasted bland and undercooked, white rice was hard as a rock, and broccoli beef only had beef (asked nicely if they could put more broccoli than beef). The workers who helped me were rude and unprofessional as well. Hopefully next time is a better experience! First time in years not finishing my food. #Dissapointed #LetDown

Always bad service at this panda location. Waiting 30+ min for an entre of orange chicken without being told a wait time. Don’t ever come to this location any less that 1 1/2 before close because their service goes from bad to worse. You’re better off driving to the other one and still get your food faster.
