I love this location m not gonna lie! And my food never been wrong until today. Look no one is perfect but working with younger staff you got to keep them focused. What I order is not what I received at all. Two girls was in the back talking and playing while making the food. Which is why mines end up wrong other than that great location they even offer me a refund.

I made the mistake of asking for an extra side of Ceasar dressing after the cup I received was 1/4 of the way filled. Upon my request I was told I would be charged. I showed the “GM” how empty the container was and she proceeded to fill the same amount and tell me its standard “half ladle” after alot of huffing and puffing and side eyes she did give me the dressing without charge but the problem really came after I told her I would need one more for my daughter (who’s cup was also EMPTY and presented to the “manager”) more huffing and puffing followed. I asked the manager if she bonuses on the Caesar dressing since its obviously such a big issue in the store and she proceeded to get in my face infront of my daughter to tell me to leave the store. I paid $45 for two salads and Mac and cheese. This is fast food pasta, Absolutely no need for a power trip. The “manager” refused to give her name.

We love going to Noodles and Company! We are from TX and we try to come here every chance we get as there are none in TX. They have GF noodles which is the reason for us trying it. The staff are so sweet and nice. They have tons of noodle options. We hope you will come to Dallas, TX someday!

I had a very unpleasant and unsanitary experience at this Noodles & Company location. While I was in the dining area, I noticed an employee eating in the dining room. Moments later, after I placed my order, that same employee went straight into the kitchen to handle food—without washing her hands or putting on gloves.
There was no effort to maintain proper hygiene between eating and returning to food prep, which is extremely concerning. This kind of behavior is not only unprofessional, but it also poses a serious health risk. Food safety protocols exist for a reason, and this location clearly failed to follow them.
I hope management takes this seriously and retrains staff on proper sanitation procedures. Until then, I won’t be returning..

So far, we’re pretty impressed with Noodles and Company. We have visited like six times, and all but one visit was mediocre. The food is fresh, reasonably priced, most of the workers greet you and are fairly friendly. We had one gal that spent a bit too much time staring at her cell phone and seemed to want to be anywhere but at work. They keep their dining room and bathrooms pretty clean, but boy, it gets pretty hot inside the restaurant. I think they get a lot of sun and it’s hard to ventilate. Overall, we like this place. If you need your food relatively fast, they’re pretty good.

Service was excellent! Delanny went above and beyond to make my night special by offering me a cookie and a drink while i waited on my pick up order to be prepared ! It made me feel valued as a customer and the music they were playing in the kitchen left me feeling energized and spirited! I typically go to the Heights location, but I now will be frequenting this one much more often!

We had the Japanese Pan Noodles with Steak and BBQ Mac and Cheese. Over all it was very good from the quality, flavor and serving size. My only complaint is that they used cold bbq sauce instead of warm sauce on the mac and cheese.
My daughter tried the Spaghetti and Meatballs and enjoyed it very much.
