Tried Chile Ristras at Isleta Casino and it was a win. The club sandwich was perfectly toasted, stacked just right, and seriously delicious. And the waffle fries with queso? So good — crispy, cheesy, and hard to stop eating. Definitely worth it if you’re there.

This place has not only gone to the bottom of the barrel , but it’s way at the bottom under the barrel. Cashier’s manager, everybody, you name it was rude and as a customer.I tried my best to pick up their attitude to a place where we could all be happy together but it was like I was begging them to be customer friendly. I ordered the roll taquitos that were drenched in oil i’m the cheese that came with it was dry at the top, the avocado was brown and the salsa tasted like a refrigerator. When I brought it to the manager’s attention.He told me that the avocado gets like that immediately upon serving it because it’s pre-prepped. I did explain to him that I was aware of how avocados work , but it was still too brown , and he just wanted to write me off instead of trying to give me my money back , because I didn’t eat any of it anyways. They want to make their money , but they don’t want to give the customer service. Everybody who worked in the restaurant literally stood altogether in the front at the cash , register , talking up a storm with each other , while I had to yell , literally for them to come , give us our ticket. There was only 3 tables and the hours that we were there that had people to attend , and nobody was getting the service that they needed. The pastry’s look like they were on their last day behind the glass. I don’t know if they moved it to intentionally make it a worse of a place, but where they were located.Previously , the people would attemptive and on the go for their customers. Management tried to sound friendly but gave excuses for the poor behavior and also for the disgusting plates of food that we were dispersed. Have they worked with us they wouldn’t be no reason for me to be on here giving them a one star although I would like to give them -0 stars. Have they attended to us and been more kind I could have looked over a few things, but being everything was horrible, and we had to pay for disgusting foodI would rather put it out here , so other people don’t have to waste their time. This place needs to be put back where it was at and better management. I didn’t even want to give my food to my dogs that’s how bad it was. But pretty much seems like they’re losing money.That’s why they’ll sell you brown avocado.

Don’t waste your time. Came in tired and hungry. The gentleman at the register didn’t want to be bothered. Th waitress rolled her eyes and made a yuck noise when I asked for blue cheese, and picked up the tip while I was still sitting there. The wings were dry and tasteless, green chili stew was mediocre.

The original Chile Ristra provided efficient service and reasonable prices, but at the new location, customers now face frustrating waits of at least 20 minutes—not due to crowds, but because of a shortage of waitstaff. To make matters worse, food prices have significantly increased. It’s unrealistic to think that simply relocating a sign while failing to maintain service and affordability will keep customers returning.
Additionally, the other dining options on the casino floor are disappointingly limited, offering only a $20 hamburger or frozen chicken nuggets with bland sauce.
Hopefully, these issues will be addressed sometime in the near future so customers can enjoy a satisfying meal.

We ate at Chile Ristra, the people who seat you have very smug looks on their faces, seems like you’re putting them out. Or they hate their job. We had one good waitress in the evening, but the next day we had a gentleman, he was kinda unfriendly and rushed, at first, we were talking about it and he got friendlier, but never said thank you. So it’s a hit and miss. Food is actually pretty good. But the hotel staff was awesome!! I’ve separated my reviews so not to give a bad one to the hotel. Not much option on restaurants. Based on the reviews maybe they should do a staff overhaul.

The wait is so long to get your food even if it is to go. It looked like enough staff 4 or 5 wait staff at least.
Although the waitress helping us ( Samantha) was incredibly rude snapped at our party a few times. Will not be going back specifically because of her.

Got the All American Cheese Burger and the Fried Bread Taco with the basket of taquitos. The burger was made perfect, the whole meal on that was great the basket of taquitos only came with 4 taquitos and was way overcooked and very dry, the salsa taste like it was picante store brand. The Fried Bread Taco was a very poor attempt of a Navajo Taco, the bread was made with cheap flour, it was rolled with a rolling pen, not enough salt, the chili was probably from a can, there was not flavor for the sauce. Very very bad. Will not be coming back here

Wow! Breakfast was amazing. Very good good for a very good price. At the price point you really can’t do any better. I got the breakfast burrito with bacon and my wife had the steak and egg burrito. They’re MASSIVE!!! We couldn’t just shared one of them. Definitely recommend

Although the food was good, the wait staff was horrible. The hostess (Noe) was dismissive, when I asked to be seated in a certain section; she acted like it was rocket science to find a solution. They ultimately sit us by the server station, while eating I could hear spoons clashing on plates and plates banging on the trash can, the exact reason I was trying to avoid being seated in this area. Furthermore, our server got our order wrong not once but twice and as a result I was finished eating by the time my partner received his plate to eat.
I love to stay at the hotel because of the perceived level of service. When I eat at the steakhouse the service is incredible. I spend a lot of money at the hotel and expect the level of service to match the price rate, especially when there’s only one restaurant open in the hotel certain days of the week.
