Makynna did a great job making us feel welcome and she gave us great service! I had the Western skillet which was delicious! My husband enjoyed a breakfast burrito. You probably don’t think of breakfast when you hear Burger Theory but the food was fantastic! Definitely recommend their restaurant.

I have always heard about good things here and was told to give it a shot. On this night, I was actually on the hunt for a burger and just really didn’t want to make a trip to the Thorton area. So, I set out to Burger Theory after the good things that were said to me over a year ago. Man, I tell you it was worth it. I ordered the BT Boss, and it was worth it. This burger will not disappoint and will satisfy any man’s hunger. It was well put together and destroyed. This burger was very juicy and cooked perfectly. It was balanced all around with not one ingredient overpowering another. It was worth every red cent. The services were very good, and the lady kept checking on us very often. The atmosphere instantly you could tell it was very relaxed. The service waitress was very patient and relaxed and kept checking in on us. The restaurant is a very modern look with multiple TVs above the table and above the bar. The bar was an in center and open and very inviting. The bathrooms are located in the sallyway between Burger Theory and Holiday Inn. They were very clean. The menu has pre made burgers and a build your own style burgers. The menu has a variety of other items but is mostly focused on burgers. So there are options. Definitely will come again. This place is in my personal Top 3 and is fire…

Today I had the Southern Burger. That burger just hit good. I couldn’t stop eating the burger even though I was getting full. It was a little salty with the combination of the blue cheese and the season on the burger, but it was fire.

We came here with very limited time and I was a little concerned because there was so many negative reviews talking about how slow the service is. We had no issues at all and actually got our meal very quickly. They did mess up our receipt but fixed it quickly. For being a burger place, the Philly cheesesteak sandwich was amazing. There was a lot of meat and there was a lot of melted gooey delicious cheese. Maybe a controversial opinion, but I don’t remember Franklin’s Philly cheesesteaks being as good. Note to self to go to Franklin’s to compare. My wife enjoyed the Farm Fresh burger. The French fries were also seasoned very well. Later that evening I ate them cold without heating them up. They were that good. I honestly was expecting a normal dining experience, but Burger Theory did a great job. They are very close to the Mountain America event center, so be sure to stop by when you’re watching the Spud Kings or going to a concert. I recommend Burger Theory.

Ordered dinner via DoorDash for pickup since we were staying in the hotel. We realized one of the kids meals wasn’t included when we got back to the room. Went back and explained what happened and the staff member went into the backroom for 10+ minutes without saying anything other than “let me check.” While I waited I noticed two groups waited 5+ minutes to be acknowledged by a staff member. Food was ok though the kids portions were small (even for kids meals). Maybe it was just an off night, but no one seemed happy to be there. Lots of TV’s for sports viewing, however!

Burger Theory definitely delivered! They offer inside and outside dining (pets allowed on the patio). The patio offers tables with umbrellas and a rock fire pit. The location is inside the Holiday Inn and if you’re a hotel guest, you can get room service from them. The burgers were absolutely phenomenal! They came out perfectly and were well seasoned. The French fries were a little too seasoned but still not bad and the salad was great. Overall, not a bad experience!

Rory was the best server!! The food was amazing and she brought it to us super fast. She checked in on us and made sure everything was tasting good very frequently and made sure our check was to us as soon as we finished. Such a great experience, I would 100% recommend for fast service and great quality food!

Good food, great staff, nice and quiet. Had dinner here 3 times over a week and they didn’t miss. Shrimp tacos were my favorite. Alexis is a ‘top shelf’ bartender and a valuable asset to their company. Left with a smile!

Burgers we ordered great. Service on the other hand left to be desired. Waiter kept asking what we needed then didn’t bring out extra sauce or even to go cups but seemed to help his other tables. We won’t be going back or recommend to anyone. It would be embarrassing to recommend this place to anyone.

First time here and the food did not disappoint! It’s a bit on the pricier side but worth the amount of food you get. Everything came out hot and fresh! The environment was clean and everyone seemed laid back. I hope they get more business out there! (It is on the outskirts of town). The food is definitely worth it. Our server was Mike and he checked on us enough that it didn’t feel overwhelming. I recommend this place!

I had a great experience! My waitress Rory was amazing! She was super friendly, attentive and my food came out so fast. She made the whole experience great. The food was delicious, so definitely coming again and highly recommend!
