Extremely disappointing experience. My order was given to someone else, and the staff was clearly overwhelmed and way behind on orders. What made it worse was the lack of basic food safety—both the front counter cashier and the drive-thru cashier were going back and forth between handling money and food without wearing gloves. That’s a serious hygiene issue. On top of that, the fries were burnt and overcooked. I expect better standards, especially from a national chain like Wendy’s.

The food has always been fine here, but tonight was a different story. Ordered the chicken wrap combo for take out. The little bit of chicken was dry, there was essentially no lettuce or ranch dressing. Horrible. Very disappointed.

Drove up to the drive-thru one car in front of me and after 5 minutes of sitting there someone came over the speaker and said it would be a minute because they were changing shifts.I was headed to work and decided to stop at Wendy’s but I sat there for 15 minutes behind another car so I had to leave to get to work. Saying that I was served a chicken sandwich out of the TRASH would be an understatement. That’s surely what it tasted like. I bit into my sandwich and it tasted horrible. It was dry, old, and rancid. Because it tasted so bad I began fully examining the sandwich. After taking a closer look inside the chicken beneath the breading it was green. I have never seen anything like it. Even the bottom of the bun looked horrible. I took pictures, but the camera didn’t pick up the color well, it looks yellow, but it’s certainly green in person. I am disgusted and disappointed.

Went to the drive through to get a Bog bacon classic. The drive thru sign clearly shows only a single, price listed as a single. Was told o couldn’t order a single and that it would be a double or triple only. I consider that false advertising as it’s not what is listed. It didn’t seem like the employee was having a great day because her tone of voice was not pleasant. She was actually a very concise and fast worker who ensured everything was 100% within the orders. My food was hot and fresh, and not a single sauce or component was missing. Overall, I like this Wendy’s.

Health & Safety Violation
I purchased a chicken sandwich for my son at Wendy’s, and to my horror, as he was eating he opened the sandwich and found a baby roach inside the sandwich on the bun. I was completely disgusted and disturbed—I even threw up thinking about the fries I had eaten from the same order.
I drove back to speak with the manager, and they admitted they were already aware of the roach problem. They said exterminators had come, she apologized, and took my information to give to their general manager The fact that they are aware of this issue yet still serve food to customers is beyond my imagination.
This is completely unacceptable, and it shows a lack of regard for food safety and customer health. Something needs to change immediately to ensure this doesn’t happen to anyone else. This restaurant needs ti be shut down before someone get really sick and handle their business.

I ordered my food through drive thru, I asked through the speaker can I have my chicken “cook to order” and everything went well until I asked one of the employees was the food fresh. He said yes, I checked my bag, and to my surprise it was not even hot. He rolled his eyes and then the manager came, she told me that the food would be hot because it just came out the microwave. When I checked my bag, the food was not fresh nor was it even hot. I don’t recommend coming here, it is bad customer service and cold food.

Do NOT come here unless u want a RAW chicken sandwhich. came through drive thru did a mobile order and got a spicy chicken sandwich. When I took the first bite it was stringy and pulled the whole patty off the bun. Went inside got a new one waited 20 minutes for a FRESH one. Got back to the car took a bite and the entire center of the chicken was RAW. This is unacceptable and disgusting. Need some new cooks.
