I am extremely upset, I was really craving taco tote and when I finally got home with my order… the sauces did not seem right red and green where okay, but when i open the “creamy jalapeno” i am not sure what that was… super grossed out… also baked potato was either waaaaay over cooked or cooked and preheated the next day… but upset because I spent 17$ on a dam combo that comes with 2 tacos and 1 baked potato which i was NOT able to enjoy due to getting grossed out by whatever sauce they gave me… it pretty much looks like its rotten… if im spending almost 20$ for a combo i expect the food to be made fresh… super disappointed with this location, will NOT be going back, but happy that the taco tote at the basset mall location has always provided top notch service and food.

Horrible customer service. I noticed the cashier Caryme (wearing glasses) was not greeting anybody, literally just starring at the customer waiting for them to start talking, didn’t say thank you and had a horrible face the whole time. Of course when it was my turn she acted exactly the same. If she doesn’t want to work then this is not the place for her.

Tacotote in Eastlake never disappoints! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and served exactly how I like it. The build-your-own-taco setup is super convenient, and the meats are perfectly seasoned every time. The staff is friendly, the service is quick, and the restaurant is always clean and welcoming. Whether it’s a quick lunch or a family meal, this spot is consistently excellent. Highly recommend!

The service was okay, they did their job..the issue is we paid 40$+ for some tacos and a side of rice and beans with NO cilantro, onions, or even sauce for our food. The rice and beans are very tasteless and I wouldn’t be surprised if they were refrigerated a week prior to it getting served to us.

Tried the new Taco Tote on Eastlake. I’ve never been to a TacoTote so first time visitor. I was pleasantly surprised by the restaurant. The staff was extremely friendly and answered a number of questions that we had. We opted for the family of 4 dinner with chicken and steak. We sat down and decided to start with some chips and salsa. The salsa bar had a ton of different flavors and spice level. My biggest complaint is the size of the paper dish that is used to hold the chips, too small. I opted to use a plate so we could get enough chips for the family. The chips were pretty good and freshly made. Once our food arrived we shared the meat and tortillas. I had a baked potato which was pretty good. Dad had the squash and cheese soup, which turned out to be way to spicy for him. I was able to swap it for a baked potato at no extra charge. The meats was really good and had a great flavor to it. The tortillas were fresh and really good. We got Xtra sour cream from the staff. Overall, great meal, especially for the price. We had some leftovers to take home. The meal fed the family of four for under $50.00.
It was cold outside, but there is a really cute outdoor seating area too.

First time coming into the one here in El Paso front customer service was really helpful for guiding me and what I wanted to eat, and it was so good. I had to go back for a second help. They have a salt bar there that is just amazing. It is so clean, friendly and employees.School out of the way to make you feel good and that your taking care of and they even tell you about the specialty hideoms that have that are not the menu, which is awesome so by and ask to do and you will not be disappointed.You will be satisfied.

Bought family pack for 2, a cheesecake and a drink. I got home and took a bite of the cheesecake and it had mold. I called and they said to go back and they’ll give me a new one. But the $3.79 is not worth the trip back.

Today I was disappointed with my experience at tacotote eastlake because I saw a sign in front desk mentioned that all employees can received a warning if they are talking or sitting during work hours. I think this is very unprofessional specially in front of customers. I was talking with Lydia and other guys about the sign and they don’t feel comfortable with this. Im my personal opinion this can be rude and disrespectful for the crew. Thank you
