Spent $50ish for my girlfriend and I. Pretty disappointed. She got the fatty end of the brisket, ribs Mac and cheese and salad. Brisket was 5/10 ribs were a 3/10. Mac was mid. Salad was old lettuce.
I got baby back ribs, Mac, and beans. Beans and Mac were mid. Ribs were super dry and loaded with seasoning. Then the smoky taste tasted like it was in a bath of liquid smoke.
Got the banana pudding to top it off. Heads up there is no pudding?! *see picture* you got whipped cream, bananas, and wafers. No pudding.

Best and most consistent BBQ in the Baton Rouge area. I got the 3 meat plate with ribs, sausage, and brisket with corn pudding and loaded potato salad as my sides. All absolutely delicious. I highly recommend you try it all. You should also get an order of their pulled pork fries. It is absolutely one of the best apps you can find anywhere. The only thing that would improve the fries would be a bit of queso.

This one is way better than the bluebonnet location I almost give on Hanna’s but my good friend told me PV location is totally different and I was very pleaee with my experience. Brisket was very tender well seasoned and so was my sides. Service was fast and workers were friendly.

Paid 30 dollars for ribs and wings plate with 2 sides and bread. The sides were small. The portion of ribs was tiny and the wings were decent size. For the price it was not worth it. The kids burger was also tiny and was sent back. Don’t waste your money.

I was very disappointed. The baby back ribs were dry and hard. I ordered banana pudding there was no pudding only bananas and cookie crumbs. The bread pudding I ordered came with caramel sauce when I opened it up, it was not caramel it was some type of liquid with a bunch of separated something in it but definitely not caramel. I spent $53 and it was not worth it. The only thing that was decent is the steamed broccoli and the toast. This is a picture of the Carmel sauce. So sad about this. I usually don’t post things like this but I have never been so disappointed.

The bread seemed a bit old and stale.
The beans had more of a pureed texture with pieces of beans in it.
The greens were standard fare, and mildly seasoned.
The sausage had a finer grind than most, kinda like a hot dog. Good flavor though.
The brisket was very fresh, and very tender. Even though the bark had some seasoning, there was not much more than a plain meat flavor in the center of the brisket. The sauces came in handy.
The vinegar BBQ sauce tasted slightly different than it did on my previous visit. Not bad, just not exactly the same. I think it is still my favorite of all, even out edging the mustard barbecue sauce. The Vinegar Sauce was very thin, which is the way I prefer it. The vinegar sauce was bold. I also enjoyed the yellow mustard vinegar sauce as well. The regular BBQ sauce to me was just standard fare. Comprable to a blend Sweet Baby Ray’s and Cattleman’s.

Came here for the first time a little after 1 P.M.
I ordered the sausage poboy. I was really hoping for it to be very delicious…but the folks served me some cold sausage on my poboy. It was really disappointing.
The mustard greens side order was very good, but it tastes like they place sugar in their mustard greens.
Needless to say, I would like to go back and try other stuff, but I may have to ask for my food to come out HOT!
My boyfriend enjoyed his grilled chicken sandwich (the chicken is diced up …similar to eating a chicken salad sandwich, almost), and he ordered the Mac n cheese.

They definitely get down over there at Hannah Q! My mom had them for lunch at her job through their catering service and brought me some home! Everything was a solid 10/10! The texture on the ribs was great and the pork and beans and mac n cheese were really really good
