One of the last great fast food bastions that offer veggie burgers!
Staff was kind and attentive. The meal came out quick and hot. My bestie and I loved that there were plenty of crowns for all patrons. For a fair price we ate like kings!

Incredible experience made better by access to free crowns. Only thing that would have helped the ambiance would be some music playing but tbh the silence made me sit with my thoughts and encouraged me to really experience each flavor profile of my impossible whopper. 5 stars!

I’m disappointed with my recent visit. I ordered two burgers, but they only gave me one. I didn’t realize until I had already driven away, so I had to waste extra time and gas going back.
When I returned, the manager just handed me the missing burger and didn’t offer even a small fries for the inconvenience. It felt like he didn’t care at all that they made the mistake.
This location has been making errors like this frequently. Please double-check orders before handing them out, and customers make sure to check your bags before leaving. I hope the service improves.

We ordered inside and waited for our food. While waiting, we watched the cashier take multiple cash orders and then immediately reach into the fry tray to fill our fries without washing her hands. She placed the food on the counter, and we pointed out that she hadn’t washed her hands. Her response was, “When? I did earlier.” We reminded her that proper handwashing is basic food-handling protocol, requested a refund, and left. Absolutely disgusting.

I hadn’t eaten at a Burger King in about 20yrs I was driving by and thought I would give them a try. I ordered a whopper and fries to go. Then while I was waiting watched a BK worker shake the water off of a meat patty and build the sandwich. I got in my car took one bite and tossed the bag of food in the garbage. Now I know why their parking lot is always empty. It’s likely that I’ll never eat at a Burger King ever again

I haven’t had BK in many years. I ordered two $10 burgers and they were awful. Greasy, undercooked bacon, mushy ingredients, bun falling apart, and tasteless. I didn’t realize fast food could taste this bad.

They got my entire order wrong (items missing, items incorrect) and after I contacted customer service to get a refund they only offered a $10 credit, which was less than I spent on the order originally but was willing to accept it for ease of transaction. Then when I went to use the $10 credit it had disappeared, and after contacting customer service again I was informed the credit was only good for 30 days. They have refused to reissue the credit and I am now waiting on a charge back credit from my bank instead. I don’t expect much in terms of “customer service” from Burger King but even this is ridiculous.

I got an add for free croissant for croissant celebration day. So I go to order it and its not really a free croissant as usual.. i order my croissandwitches without the stupid coupon on the app. I get home and she made us biskits instead. I lost braincells i will never get back.

Ordered 2 bacon cheeseburgers and a medium fry and medium drink all apart of the 2 for $5 or 3 for $7 menu. Instead they charged me full price for each individual item through the drive thru. Ordered chicken nuggets too and it was $20 total when it should have been $12. False advertising and slimy practices

Went in on my lunch and the lady running the counter was beyond the rudest customer service employee ever.
I ordered 3 things off the 3 for 7 menu. Came to 8.43, I was like I thought it was 7 bucks for 3 items. Then in the a nasty tone she was like I have to say it before she puts it in and that she already put it in as single items and walks away from the counter. I proceeded to ask can I get that for 3 for 7 dollars. She rolls her eyes and mumbles under breath like it was my fault and I just ruined her day. So I walked out and they lost a customer and my money for ever. Shout out to 5 guys for better service , more expensive but the service and quality is way better than this Burger King location.
