There is no Hardee’s in or near Rankin County, so my son and I come to the one in Meridian. The people who work here are sooo nice. The food’s delicious and the dining area is clean and peaceful.

I visited this Hardee’s location today and had the absolute best experience that I’ve ever had. Although they were super busy the people were extra friendly and on top of things. I ordered the new grilled cheese with sausage combo and it was absolutely fantastic. Everything was so fresh and hot. I will definitely visit again.

Went for lunch lady at the window when we refused to pull forward in the drive through due to previous experiences at the location. On having to wait 15mins. Then she goes and get another girl who comes and says van you pull up and then “say why you ain’t even drivin tho” then the manager came out she wasnt nice but she did have enough sense not to be completely rude..place should be managed better.. edit to post… food was absolutely just thrown together and tasted something awful… prolly out of spite for me not pulling up but totally unacceptable.

First off I was charged for a Medium Combo without being ask, what size I wanted. Waited 11 minutes to get a cold burger, old apple pie, & nasty fries. If you going to make customers wait at least make sure all of our food is hot & fresh. If I wasn’t in a rush to get to my destination, I would have took it all back & got a full refund!

Came in as a group of five, no greetings from anyone. Waited 3 minutes to get order taken with nobody ahead of us. After waiting 10 or more minutes we started receiving our orders one by one. 1st, 2nd and 5th orders were not correct. Went to counter to get them corrected and got extremely bad attitude from a lady named Nikki. To the point where she grabbed one of the sandwiches and literally slammed it down in the trash while raising her voice at her coworkers saying ” I’m not slow, I know what I’m doing”. Not the first time getting bad service from her.
