If I could give 0 stars I would literally just asked for fries and burrito with hot sauce on 2/28/26 at 11:03pm and fries were stale and no sauce in the bag even after asking. And the lady at the window had an attitude. Please if I knew it would be like this I wouldn’t even had rounded up to donate. Please do better I didn’t have a big order this is so rude. Taco Bell please do better for real

Horrible service on 12-4-2025 around 12:00 p.m.. It took minutes to even be acknowledged at the counter. Sure, it was the lunch hour, but I was the ONLY counter customer and the ONLY customer inside the “restaurant.” Once the apparent manager finally addressed me, I watched her prepare three more meals (start to finish) for the drive-through. The other employees were casting sympathetic glances at me while the manager made me wait well beyond what was appropriate. I walked out.

I was under my own mistaken impression and asked them for 2 regular chicken chalupas they had sour cream and tomatoes so I asked them to remake it without them and they still made them with sour cream and tomatoes

Always has my order right and fills up my burritos and supreme crunch wrap well!! Never have had any issues with them, though I do always order on the app so I’m not sure how it is inside, but the drive thru is a very smooth process and it’s always clean outside the building!

I visited Taco Bell in Mexia on 10/22/24 I ordered my food #13 The gentleman who took my order was very courteous and professional When I look for the sweet tea which is what I always drink I was told they were out by the gentleman who took my order. He gave me my cup and walked back to the back and I assumed they were making the fresh sweet tea since they had the containers they make the tea in sitting right beside where they were preparing orders Both men in the back looked around nervously at the woman working the drive though as though waiting for her okay. I waited a little longer then ask the woman at drive through if the tea was about ready She responded and said rudely we are out then said we don’t have sweet tea (which I knew they had it because I was there about three weeks earlier and they had very good sweet tea.and then she also laughed after she started we don’t have sweet tea. The unsweetened tea looked like colored water because I served myself some. They also didn’t know if they had sugar for the unsweetened tea. I explained from the get go that I could not drink carbonated drinks because of health reasons. I was going to order food for my husband and children but after such and unpleasant experience and loosing my appetite after the whole order I left Poor customer service Woman in drive through needs a course in customer service!

This Taco Bell is pretty damn good. Although the time in the drive-through is a little longer than I’d like, the food is always hot, fresh and delicious and the window service at the drive-thru as always exceptional. I haven’t been to this Taco Bell once and received bad service, not once. The employees are smiling, but not too friendly, helpful, kind and efficient. Best place in town for lunch if you only have 30 minutes. Did I say the food was always hot, fresh, crunchy, and delicious? Regardless , let me repeat myself, the food amazing. I haven’t been inside this establishment, I always use the drive-through, so I can’t comment on the atmosphere inside or the cleanliness of the restrooms or the restaurant itself. BUT based on the outside of the restaurant, which is always clean, I would venture to say that the inside the restaurant is clean as well.

Some food came out cold (tacos and fries), while the quesadilla came out over cooked. They were out of unsweetened tea, and the mango tea seemed like it was almost empty. It seems like they were not ready for lunch. I would also like for them to figure out drinks at the kiosks. It is not clear if we should ask for the right after the order or at pickup. I wait for pickup, and they seem confused. Our one compliment was on the hard beef tacos.
