The wings were soaked in butter and chicken sandwich was not in my bag. Food took a long time. There were only 2 other guests in the restaurant. The young man helping me polite. The restaurant is also dirty.

Very unsatisfied with this Wingstop. The restaurant was extremely unsanitary — dirty floors, dirty dining room, and filthy bathrooms. We waited a long time, received the wrong order, and staff handled food without gloves. Employees were rude and unprofessional. There was also a kid sitting on a table right next to the pickup window, which is completely inappropriate . The kid appeared to have been there for a long time. To make matters worse, kids ended up with food poisoning after eating here. This place needs immediate health and management attention. Do not come here — beware.

Absolutely terrible experience. I’m completely baffled.
I placed an online order at 11:30 PM, well before their advertised closing time. I even received a confirmation email, and the money was taken out of my account. I drove to the store to pick it up, only to find the doors locked. The employees inside saw me, looked right at me, and refused to even talk to me through the door. I tried to get their attention, but they completely ignored me.
They refused to complete my order and wouldn’t even have a conversation about getting a refund. This is completely unacceptable. They took my money for an order they had no intention of making. It’s frustrating and feels like theft.

Got two sandwiches, one of them nearly the entire patty was gristle. I’m scared to even try the 2nd one out. Absolutely disgusting. Sauce had good flavor though.
I knew something was off from it from the shape of the patty, it wasn’t wide enough to fit the bun but was way too thick. So why didn’t the cook notice.

Too bad you can’t leave a negative rating less than a 1 star. We normally come after church and like this place, but they close at 12 and we come in at 10:40 an hour and 20 min before they are supposed to close and they tell us they are closing early and can’t serve anyone as someone is picking up an order while we’re fhere. They said it’s because they had someone coming into the store tomorrow morning and obviously didnt want to serve customers during normal business hours and do the cleaning when they closed. So they decided to turn all the customers away an hour and a half before closing. Terrible service!

Used to eat here a lot these wings tonight are overcooked. I want my money back 32 dollars for dry tough overcooked hardly sauced wings I had a better picture I left on the feedback site
Edit: order was fixed when I was able to come down and it was delicious like it should be and nice and saucy. Only down side it the drums typically are broken with wingstop wings anymore. Every single time I’ve had it it has that issue. Thanks for the fix

It wasn’t as bad as all the negative reviews had me anticipating. Employees looked like miserable high school students, but I was pleasantly surprised that the tenders were good, wings were fine, and we got the entire order in about 10 minutes. It’s really weird that there are no trashcans inside this very casual, slightly grimy restaurant. The bathrooms especially need a renovation. Fries were so-so, kind of greasy and almost not worth getting. Overall, a gloomy experience in a facility in need of a makeover/renovation & hire better staff. They should also have a few extra things on the menu, like fried pickles, shakes, and/or dessert options. It was ok, but not any place I’d want to return.
