Ordered the chicken burrito it was not good. It was absolutely great!! This is a bucket list place for burritos, and it’s one of my new favorite places in Park Rapids. I am so glad I found it. The young man who wrapped the burrito was obviously skilled. It was a nice first time there, and I will be back. Thank you so much -a real treat!

Relaxed atmosphere and friendly service. My beef burrito was a little bland, but I was trying to avoid anything spicy, so that may have been the problem. I would recommend Adobo Burrito as the place to go if you need to grab a quick bite to eat on your lunch break.

Excellent value for tex mex, in a gas station, in small town MN. They have daily specials and even if they didn’t, portions were huge in general. The first time we went several months ago, we mistakenly ordered like it was like the reg food truck tacos and was shocked with the amount of food we received, so keep that in mind. “Chipotle style” ordering where you pick the options as you go. Staff were friendly and helpful and tables to dine in were clean.
We ordered one “small” burrito (SO wolfed it down, it was chipotle sized, so huge) and one kid menu two tacos (see pic), with all the fixings. Don’t forget the pineapple and corn salsa, they are kind of tucked away on the right of the cold fixings station.
Better than commercial fast food. Steady business the entire time we were there, will definitely return!

I order on doordash for pickup and this is the third time they have been out of something and just don’t put it on my burrito. Most recently it was rice and they don’t call to ask if i even want it or would like some sort of substitute.

It is surprisingly good considering it is just a Mexican place inside of a gas station. I have eaten here on and off over the last 5 years and they consistently provide better quality food and service as time goes on.
The staff is almost always friendly and personable, and the prices are extremely reasonable.
Overall I think the only thing they could improve on slightly is the ordering system. If it’s your first time ordering here it can be pretty confusing since some items like burritos include 5 toppings for free, whereas quesadillas include 1 extra topping for free, and tacos can’t have fajitas vegetables for some reason. So quite a few kinks in that system that you only learn by eating here repeatedly.

Food was amazing especially for the price. I’m impressed. Service wasn’t bad, they were friendly enough and accommodated my request. Can’t complain. The atmosphere is absolutely top shelf euphoric bliss!!!!……..if you have a deep connection and love for gas stations. Otherwise you might atmosfeel like getting it to go.
