This was my first visit, and I was impressed with how clean and neat this location is. The glass, tables, chairs, floor, serving, and cashier areas were spotless.
The young lady who took my order was super nice and tolerated my slow decision-making process. She was great. The cashier was also nice and patient.
I usually find Chipotle locations to be a poor experience…skimpy portions, poor attitudes, and generally dirty. This location was a much more pleasant experience.

***Who is convinced that companies are using A.I. to provide responses or an employee from a corporate location is using prepared responses. The more I read or receive canned or machine like responses, the more I’m convinced humans are clearly not involved.
UPDATE:. May 12, 2022-I went there to redeem my birthday reward of chips and side from the app, and I had trouble redeeming it on the app. I had to redeem it when I picked up my order at the restaurant. I ordered the Go-to Steak Bowl and Coke Zero, and it was delicious. I just wish they would make the app easier to use.
UPDATE:. July 18, 2022-I hadn’t had Chipotle for a couple of months. I recently got an email from Chipotle asking if I had tried Pollo Asado. I have not, so I decided to give it a try. Polo Asado is grilled chicken. I ordered a burrito bowl that had Polo Asado in it, along with Coke Zero and the well known chips and guacamole. The burrito bowl was delicious! I am willing to try it again.
UPDATE:. October 11, 2022-I had ordered a burrito bowl before with Polo Asado, so I decided to order it again. Unfortunately, it was a limited time only item, so I decided to order a bowl with chicken in it, since Polo Asado is grilled chicken. It was delicious. I also had the chips and guacamole and Coke Zero. It was all delicious. I just wish Polo Asado was a permanent part of the menu.
UPDATE:. January 13, 2023-I ordered lunch, so I ordered the Burrito Bowl with Steak, Brown Rice, Black Beans, Fajita Veggies, Guacamole, Cheese. I also got Chips and Guacamole, which was free through the app, and Coke Zero. Delicious for lunch!
UPDATE:. March 18, 2023- I ordered a Burrito Bowl with Chicken al Pastor Black Beans, Fajita Veggies, Sour Cream, Cheese, Chips and Guacamole, and Coke Zero. Chicken al Pastor has spicy adobo, Morita peppers, and ground achiote balanced with pineapple, lime, and cilantro. It has alright, could be spicer. It is a limited time item, available only through March 20th.
UPDATE: May 9, 2023-I ordered a Burrito Bowl with Barbacoa, Black Beans, Fajita Veggies, Brown Rice, Sour Cream, Cheese, Chips and Guacamole, and Coke Zero. Barbacoa is beef from the shoulder, and it has fewer calories. I also redeemed a birthday reward, so I got another side of Guacamole for free. I would order this again.
UPDATE: July 13, 2023-I decided to try something different, so I ordered one of their Lifestyle Bowls. I ordered the Wholesome Bowl, which has chicken, lettuce, fajita veggies, beans, salsa, and guacamole. It is like a salad. It was delicious, but I wish it had cheese. Their other Lifestyle Bowls do have cheese, so I may order one of them next time. I also ordered Chips and Guacamole, and got a free Coke Zero by redeeming a reward. This was all so delicious!
UPDATE: November 8, 2023-I ordered a burrito bowl with Carne Asada, Black Beans, Fajita Veggies, Brown Rice, Guacamole, and Cheese, along with Chips and Guacamole, and Coke Zero. Carne Asada is a tender steak, and it is delicious. I also got my Guacamole for free which was even better.
UPDATE: January 6, 2024-A few months ago, I tried one of their Lifestyle Bowls, and I wanted to try the others. This time, I ordered the Carne Asada Wholesome Bowl, Chips and Guacamole, and Coke Zero. The Carne Asada Wholesome Bowl was delicious, and I do want to try the others.
UPDATE: February 17, 2024-This time, I ordered the Beef Baconoa Burrito Bowl with Pinto Beans, Fajita Veggies, Brown Rice, Sour Cream, and Cheese. Beef Baconoa is a tender beef. It was delicious. I also ordered Chips and Guacamole, and Coke Zero. I am not sure if the Beef Baconoa is a limited time item, but it was good.
UPDATE: May 6, 2024-This time, I ordered on the app the Chicken al Pastor Burrito Bowl with Pinto Beans, Fajita Veggies, Cheese, and Sour Cream, along with Chips and Guacamole, and a Coke Zero. I also redeemed my birthday reward for free Guacamole. That was a bargain. The Chicken al Pastor was good, but it may be a limited time item.
There is absolutely no reason for a manager to treat young workers like that. Instead of offering guidance or support, he chooses to belittle and embarrass them publicly. It’s unprofessional, unnecessary, and reflects terribly on this location.
Chipotle seriously needs to look into the management here, because this behavior is not leadership — it’s a problem that needs to be addressed.
Chipotle is one of my favorite restaurants and always will be. The food is a little pricey, but it is totally worth it. You get a pretty big bowl filled to the top with tons of protein and veggies. The chips are a little stale tasting but besides that the food is absolutely delicious and I would 100% come back.
