We ordered a double beef and broccoli and had to wait 10 minutes for them to make a fresh batch. Which I had no problem with, but when I opened my order when I got home it 90% broccoli and basically no beef… not only that but for a double serving just much smaller then I would expect

Food was fresh, hot and delicious. They made fresh teriyaki chicken for us because with our family order there wasn’t enough on hand at the time. They brought it directly to our table when it was ready. The staff is always helpful and friendly. We visit at 11:30am on January 25, 2026.

my boyfriend and i come here a lot. we really enjoy the food. today being the last time we ever stop by. we walk in to see them with fresh orange chicken just made. excitedly we start our order. my bf gets the fried rice (which the worker asked if he was okay with the older batch because the new one would be a bit) and he willingly took the old batch. when we get over to the entrees, he asks for orange chicken. the other worker was putting the fresh batch in the circle holder as he asked. our server then takes scoops of orange chicken out of the old batch. both the orange chicken AND the rice were luke warm at the point they touched the plate. by the time we got to our seat, they were room temp/cold. also our server didnt give us our cup, they expected us to grab it ourself.

It was 5 pm and they were out of a lot of entrees. They had 6 out 12 ready to serve but not the items I was looking for. They also didn’t have white rice??? Who doesn’t have white rice??? No apologies or hey we’re having an off night. This is the second time we’ve had issues.

It’s been a while since I had something from Panda Express but I was pleasantly surprised to see their quality was still great.
When I went there, I went for a plate consisting of Fries Rice, Beijing Beef, and their signature Orange Chicken. All of it was pretty tasty. The Orange Chicken surprised me with its spice but it added to the appeal.
The entrees were both fresh and had tender meat. The fried rice was about what one would expect from fast food restaurants but it wasn’t bad.
Overall, this Panda Express location had solid food and decent service.

Came in for a couple DoorDash orders at 8p. Place had 1 customer. Told Mana, the cashier, I had a couple orders and she immediately got an attitude. Then when it was done, she just threw it on the counter without saying anything and just walked away. I usually love Panda but the attitude was just unnecessary. If you don’t like your job, don’t work here?

Although we were served quickly and the food was ok but the restaurant itself was an absolute mess. The soda fountain area was disgusting, the napkin dispensers were empty as well as the utensils cups. Dirty napkins that probably were once in the dispensers were laying on the flow being stepped on by customers coming and going. Both trash cans were extremely over full to the point that people we stacking there trays on top of the over flowing garbage as there was no were else to put the trash other than on the floor. There was plenty of staff behind the counter (I counted 7) that one of them could have given up 5 to 10 min to empty the trash and wipe up the common areas. Whoever the manager on duty was tonight 12/12/25 should probably decide how they will change as a manager to run a successful restaurant or think about moving on to a different line of work.

No matter whether I order online in the drive-through DoorDash any of it I never get what I ask for if you ask for sauces they send you everything but what you ask for the portions are varying depending on who’s there the service is horrible. The people act like they hate their jobsand it shows the inside is always messy. The bathrooms are never clean. Here’s a photo example of I asked for chili sauce and soy sauce but yet I get teriyaki sweet and sour and hot mustard crazy.
