New rstaurant in town, actually it’s a whole new plaza. Pho and Bun Bo Hue. Pho is on point, BBH with pork slices are a little bit smelled due to lack of seasoning, or maybe our taste is just too sensitive. Service is better than other places since it was just us so we got more attention. Will come back for other items on the menu.

Glad to have this Pho restaurant at local, I like their beef rib pho, so nice portion, the soup not over seasoned, chicken wing is crispy but the oil might used a little too long, sandwich & shrimp roll also a good choice. A average high local restaurant at Highland Village and Flowr Mound. I would recommand here for friends.

Had lunch there today , which happened to be their first day of soft opening. Ordered the grilled pork spring rolls and a Highland Pho Special. Pho was delicious, more meat than I was expecting. I believe the kitchen made a mistake with my grilled pork spring rolls and gave me the pork and shrimp spring roll (only one), which I think was also an unintentional oversight (I belive there’s 2 per order). However, that’s what soft openings are for.. working out kinks.. and they made up for it with the great service and complementary fried egg rolls.

The pho itself was good, but the takeout garnishes were unacceptable. Hardly any bean sprouts or jalapeños, no lime at all, and the mint looked wilted and old.
I drove back to request a refund, and the manager simply shrugged his shoulders and didn’t even apologize. Completely unprofessional.
Food might be decent, but customer service was not. I’ll be going to White Lotus from now on.

As good as advertised. Got the grilled pork spring rolls, and bun bo hue. The spring rolls were very flavorful, and fresh. Price is what you’d expect. The bun bo hue is a touch more expensive than I’ve paid elsewhere, but it’s worth it. Packed full of meat, fresh veggies, and the best broth I’ve ever had. Service was quick, and polite. This is a place that pays attention to the small details that make food great. Very good first impression. Will be back!

So excited we finally have a pho place in flower mound! The surprise bite is the pork spring roll , delicious ! My pho tai was excellent. Good broth , a fair amount of meat. My husband got the fried rice which had really good flavor. Price is average lunch priced. I like that they bring over a large carafe of water to fill yourself. Service is efficient and to the point. Kitchen looked very clean and organized.

Goi cuon thit nuong, was excellence, the peanut sauce was excellent.Just the right amount of peanuts, not too salty. I did add a little bit of the chili oil to the dipping sauce for a little bite. The rice paper wraps could have needed a little bit more soaking in water to soften it.
Bun thit nuong cha gio was spot on. The nuoc cham was a little sweet. A simple squeeze of lime or vinegar will balance it out. The grilled pork was delicious.
Will definitely be back
Back for 2nd & 3rd
Bahn mi Dac Biet was excellent. I would add more Do Chua next time. And I did add a splash of Maggi.
Pho Nam Gan- great, great. But I did have less Flank (Nam) than Tendon (Gan). But the soup is excellent. I do eat my Hanoi style (no condiments in the broth) and this Pho doesn’t need any condiments.

Great food.
Pho broth is a 10 out of 10. I’d come back JUST for this.
Meat to noodle ratio was great.
Egg rolls were good, it was definitely wrapped fresh. I make viet eggrolls myself and freeze them for big batches but this was cooked on the spot!
Pork chop, meatloaf, shredded pork and fried egg with whit rice was good too.
Restaurant is so clean. This is a family run business. Really excited for this to be in the neighborhood!

Slow but customer service friendly when dealing with you for the most part.. to explain, we walk in, full unit except a table 12 by the front door, a lady was cleaning the table that just left and said she’d be right with us, a make came after about 4 minutes and said we could take the open table 12 so we sat. We had to go get menus and the make advised water was on the way. A few minutes later came the ice water in a carafe with 2 small Styrofoam cups.. it’s a cute little place so that was surprisingly interesting to drink from a small Styrofoam cup.. think I personally prefer a glass.. ordered 2 different spring rolls.. ask for no mint if you don’t like it.
Shrimp and pork and grilled pork.. pork in the shrimp one was thin and a bit not what I’m used to in a spring roll but it wasn’t horrible..
Mung bean could have been a bit fresher.. the older they are the more earthy they taste..
Pho was ordered and a fried noodle with seafood and vegetables..too much carrots and broccoli but it was OK. Wouldn’t order again… pho was delicious.. broth was a bit oily so if you don’t like that you won’t like the pho..
Ordered several smoothies that were very good.. In plastic cups..
It was a Friday night so maybe that’s why it seemed slow, also it was busy so no blame there either..
