You will regret it. My $12 burger came to $30 with fries and soda. They take mobile# for alert. Never arrives. When asked where food is Woman behind counter shouts at me and another customer loud enough to hear down two gates. Her colleague quits with expletives and walks out. Truly stunned. I wish I had recorded it on my camphone like the guy who sat next to me did. Wow. Why did I eat here? They need a health inspection as well. My only blip on this trip.

The staff at this location with so very helpful. I had to use a kiosk and the kios was going kind of crazy. But, the amazing lady behind the counter came around and was very very kind and helpful. On top of all that, the food was incredible. Great burger, great everything. Thank you for making this experience a good one for us.

By airport standards, it’s pretty average. Burgers are par-cooked so it’s not the freshest meal you’ll get, and is on par with fast food. Price is reasonable ($14-17 for a meal with side/drink, depending on what you get).

Burnt burgers were better than the service. Terribly long wait understaffed or trained either way not worth the airport prices they charged. Had such high hopes and came away disappointed. Better off buying a 4 day old sandwich from the convenience stores

I’m used to paying WAY more than this at any airport eatery! The custom Built Burgers were actually good! Each burger is grilled & prepped individually (don’t expect instant gratification like McDonald’s). Counter service

Inside Tucson airport terminal. Fresh made burgers and grilled chicken burgers were good. They were very busy but order still came quickly. Recommend you skip the tator tots – they were very greasy. ( If you found this review helpful, please “like” it for me. Thanks! )

I’ve been here before and had fantastic, friendly service. Now they’ve replaced cashiers with self-serve kiosks and do not take cash at all. In the span of 10 minutes I watched as 3 cash paying customers had to go elsewhere. This ‘depersonalization’ of service is horrible. Also the owners of this company probably eliminated a few jobs in the process.
Not sure that I’ll return now that it’s so impersonal. A better option /compromise would have been to have 1 self-serve kiosk and maintain at least 1 register so that those of us who like to interact with people, maintain jobs, and/or pay cash would have that option.

I should have look at reviews before buying a burger and fries. The bad news is “grease” … the good new is that there is more grease on the walls and glass sneeze guards than on the burger, fries and paper bags our meal came in.
