The most unique dining experience! Every dish was so flavorful and delicious and the wine pairing was also fantastic. All dishes made with local ingredients and clearly lots of love and passion. Tasting of menu had 7 plates and all were so unique and tasty, also each one is quite sizable and we came out super full.
We stumbled upon this spot earlier in the week without realizing it’s a tasting menu (one seating per evening) and knew we had to come back once we saw the menu and met the chef. The team is so talented and kind, and we absolutely loved it. Highly recommend if you’re in Nosara — one of the best meals I’ve ever had.

Chef Colin took a moment early in the meal to give thanks to the farmers who provide the freshest ingredients, this really kicked off the evening from a place of pure and genuine gratitude. Each course to follow only added more enjoyment to the night- every bite was exceptional! Phenomenal curated menu of elaborate but fun dishes. I laughed out loud at chocolate foam and at carbonated sugar crystals that melt like PopRocks. Chef Colin came to chat and hear thoughts, Kaya served and cooked and answered questions wisely, bartender made imaginative cocktails and pairings.
