I am never the type to write reviews but this location has the most disrespectful employees I have seen at any fast food place in a long time. They all look so miserable & have the worst attitude. I get it no one absolutely wants to work but I promise having a positive attitude & smiling actually does improve your mood & make time go by faster. We waited at the drive thru window for about 5 minutes or more, in that time we noticed our supposed to be sweet teas were actually unsweet & they replaced them then told us to pull forward to wait on the food. I would like to note the only thing we ordered was a grilled cheese & 2 orders of fries. So we pull up & wait for another 5-10 minutes & in that time the 3 cars behind us had already gotten their food & pulled off. When we got our food it was good & fresh, that was one of the only good things about this experience. This Zaxbys location definitely needs to work on their communication skills, attitude & respectfulness.

Place was dead. 5 employees standing around gossiping. Took 15 minutes to get a salad. Hardly nothing on it. Egg was frozen and hard as a rock. One small piece of bacon. I see why this place was dead. My last time eating here.

Staff was extremely rude and acted like we were in the wrong, even though we were just trying to tell them that the order they were giving us wasn’t correct. When I finally got my food my toast was burnt and there wasn’t any napkins, straws, or anything. Such a bad experience I’ll take the longer route and go to another Zaxbys.

I have been going to this Zaxbys a long time and twice now I’ve asked for sweet and spicy sauce on my chicken bacon ranch fries and have not gotten it.

Great service. Store was clean. Ordered a Zalad two zax packs and only took 10 minutes Store manager was sweet and very kind. I will eat here again most definitely.

I ordered a Cobb zalad and fries the salad was mediocre and the fries were terrible I can tell the oil is old because the fries are discolored and the toast was hard as a brick. I’m not really sure how somebody could pay their money and this food pass by all their employees as ok to serve a customer zaxbys on martha berry do better because this is pathetic.

I literally only made a profile to give this place a review I try to
give them the benefit of the doubt but every time I go here they pull me over to wait for my order and the food is absolute garbage. they only give about 3 wings and the other 2 are just breading that was coated with sauce. the tenders have a really bad texture, barely any fries and I just don’t understand why I have to wait so long for food that seems like it’s been sitting for a while. and if paying almost $50 for my food i’m expecting good quality but obviously this is not the case.

Everytime I go through here the food is good. But the customer service is crap. I sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes and nobody would take my order. They act like it’s an issue to be working there. There are plenty of other jobs out there if you hate yours so much!

The staff was very friendly and the restaurant was clean. Our food was ready super fast but it was ALL cold, and I do mean all of it. We got two meals for $27 and were both pretty disappointed.
