Terrific staff I went through the drive thru and ordered an iced vanilla latte with a caramel drizzle and when I got to the front window, the staff working at the window double checked the order and asked me if this is how I want it. I corrected the order to have the caramel drizzled on the side of the cup and she fixed it promptly! Very sweet and one of the best services that I have received in awhile!!

Coffee was fine but I ordered ahead on the app which said it would be ready in 3-6 minutes but they hadn’t even started it when I showed up 8 minutes later. When they did make it for me they handed me a hot mocha when I had ordered it iced.

I have never had Starbucks before and a friend gave me a gift card for Christmas. I don’t drink coffee so we opted for the jalapeno chicken and I think it was a turkey and Swiss. We got both for $12 and they were both hot and fresh, the cashier was very kind and all smiles. She gave my Prince his first ever pup cup. Hands down an excellent experience and we will definitely be back.

There were 3 cars in front of me in the drive through. We waited 20 minutes finally getting to the window.we sat there for 3 minutes before anyone came to the window then they opened the window to ask what we actually ordered while I can see the drink melting from my car.It’s the only one I tell her, then she hands it to me. this was the worst timing.I have ever seen at a starbucks.If you are in a hurry, do not go to this one.

SB fan for life, but without fail, EVERY time I order ahead and go to this location I’m impolitely told/asked “we need XYZ min to complete your order, can you park outside or drive around the line again” I mean what if I had placed the order right then, would they demand the same thing? And isn’t that the purpose of the app, convenience and to order ahead??? I’m truly okay with waiting, but after the third time, and the barista arguing with me, saying “well your app gives an estimated time” (which was one min away), AND with inflation…I’ll take my business to the other surrounding Starbuck’s from now on. Sad…

I wanted to share my experience today and hope I can help the store gain something from it. I ordered a mobile order and I got my drinks in a timely manner. When looking at my two drinks I notice they look different from what I normally order. After tasting it I realized it was heavy on the milk in both drinks. I drove back to get them remade and the lady asked for what I had never apologized for me not being happy with my order. She asked me to park at the mailbox.. I waited 15 minutes for a remake. I shared with another employee a picture of what the drink should look like ( the same drink I got earlier in the week) and she said “yea, I got you” then proceed to walk away. I never experienced anything like this from this Starbucks but today I did. With all this being said I would not be getting coffee anymore from this location. I hope everyone can learn something from this that works in the store. Customer service goes a long way and how you treat people matters. Have a blessed day!

I have bad social anxiety but the staff here is always kind to me about it and answers all my questions very patiently. My husband also always comes here and enjoys it. The manager was super kind about a situation we had with a reusable cup. Love this location, will be coming back!

What a great Starbucks! Super clean place and the staff are great at their jobs. It’s great that it’s right next to the mall also! I recommend coffee at least 7 times a weak!
