The food was amazing. Ordered the jalapeño poppers and it was very fresh probably the best I’ve ever had. We usually eat jaburritos in Las Vegas and this was better and bigger than that. Could only finish half of the sushi burrito after the apps. I will be back to try other things on the menu!

Went to Sut-Shi food truck today and wow… I was NOT expecting it to be this good! I ordered their sushi burrito and it was PACKED with flavor. The crunchy fried shrimp, the fresh avocado, that bright purple cabbage—every bite was a perfect mix of crunchy, creamy, spicy, and super fresh. And the sauce they use? I swear it needs its own fan club.
But what makes this place even better is the people. The owner is honestly one of the nicest, most genuine people you’ll ever meet, and the lady who works the register is just as sweet and welcoming. You can tell they care about their food and their customers.
If you haven’t tried them yet, definitely go. This was one of the best sushi burritos I’ve had in a long time, and I’ll 100% be back again. Like I am every week (:

Seriously, the best sushi I have ever had. They are Consistent, every roll is thought out, the rice is literally flawless, and the giant hunks of fresh fish is so refreshing over what you get any where else in the area. But to me the new onigiri sits above any of their rolls. At that price, with how good they are, they need to be advertised better, I think everyone would fall in love with them.

Ate here for the first time with my family today and it was THE BEST. I got the sushi burrito and it literally looked like the photo and was so delicious. Everything was so fresh and the 2 people working there were so incredibly nice. Gonna go back again for sure 🙂

HANDS DOWN the freshest and most flavorful sushi I’ve ever had. Just moved from west palm and have eaten sushi all around florida. I thought “there can be no way there’s not a single review under 5 stars” but was quickly humbled. I’m not even going to look further for sushi in the area, this is definitely my new spot. The gentleman Sut that makes all the sushi was such a pleasure, and the girl at the window was very helpful with the menu. Y’all really gotta check them out if you love real sushi.

So I tried SUT-SHI food truck for the third time now and I’m still blown away! Me and my wifey ordered two sushi burritos and the Sho Gun sushi roll. Everything was incredibly fresh and flavorful. We got to build/order our sushi burritos how we wanted them. Our sushi burritos were packed with high-quality ingredients, perfectly rolled, and super satisfying. The Sho Gun roll had the perfect balance of textures and flavors. It’s definitely a must-try!
The service was fast and friendly, and you can tell they put a lot of care into their food. If you’re a sushi lover or just looking for something different from the usual food truck scene, I highly recommend checking them out. I’ll definitely be back for a fourth time!

The food is absolutely to die for. My go to is the “make your own” sushi burrito. The ingredients are fresh and high quality. Hands down the BEST sushi in town! And I crave it weekly lol.
And as if the food wasn’t good enough the QUALITY of the service you receive is top tier. They are kind and welcoming no matter how busy they are. The owner knows what he’s doing in every aspect! Highly highly recommend!
