Long Road Distillers was born from the belief that making world-class spirits means never taking shortcuts along the way. After becoming the first craft distillery in Grand Rapids, MI, we formed relationships with local farmers to bring that mission to Grand Rapids’ West Side neighborhood. Each spirit produced at Long Road Distillers is milled from locally sourced ingredients, fermented, and distilled on-site. The result is an uncompromised lineup of spirits including Vodka, Gin, Whisky and more. Our spirits, along with a handcrafted collection of cocktails and farm-to-table food can be enjoyed at our Grand Rapids Tasting Room. We also offer weekend distillery tours, cocktail classes, and more!

This was a gem of a place we found by accident when in GR this weekend. It was a nice quiet place with excellent drinks. I had the old fashioned flight and it was very good. We also ate there and enjoyed everything. I had the chicken schnitzel wrap and it was excellent with lots of bacon on it. Service was very good with friendly service.

There’s a nice young man who works here who is also a school teacher. We did a tour with him once and got to see him a second time today. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the business and such a pleasure to talk to. (FYI he will go out of his way to wish you luck on your grad school program ). Thank you for two great experiences dude! We will absolutely be back a third time soon!

Celebrated a retirement here and it was perfect! The staff was great from the moment we arrived till the end! The event coordinator was on top of it and very helpful. The catering menu food was delicious! The atmosphere has a great feel, cozy & cool! Highly recommend.

We had a great night here tonight! We had heard all the buzz about the holiday menu and it did not disappoint! For as busy as it was we even had great service! Devin was great and took care of everything we needed. Food was good, but the drinks were spectacular! We had such a good time, we will be sure to be back. This place is a must see in Grand Rapids this time of year!

Was really excited to visit long road again for their holiday drinks. We had a great experience last year. We should up and the host quoted us an hour wait and told us to go across the street to the mitten. We ended up ordered a pizza at the mitten because we were pretty hungry and didn’t want to wait to eat, but put our names on the waitlist so we could get the holiday drinks. we got a call after 15 minutes saying our table was ready. we asked to be put back on the wait list because we obviously were at the mitten, like she told us to do…. So we came back after an hour and the host continued to get us the worst attitude about us not being ready for our table and she doesn’t have anything for us, and then she sent us to another restaurant across the street AGAIN!! We ended up sitting at the bar because spots cleared up. the bartender immediately stared giving us sass and was slamming all of the bar ingredients while making our drinks. Cherry on top was the drinks were nowhere as good as they were last year. Overall very disappointing experience. It’s sad to see a good spot be ruined by rude staff.

Great cocktails, amazing and unique part about about their cocktails is all the spirits are distilled and made there. From the vermouth, amaro, gin, vodka, bourbon and all the rest. Truly unique and delicious.

The holiday drinks were great, we need to come back to try more of them! The chili was crazy good and the cornbread was very unique and delish. My kids even liked their food which is rare… good job. It was our second visit and we will always plan a stop when we visit town. Thanks!

We came in on a Saturday evening, 7 of us and had made reservations online but honestly there were plenty of tables open when we arrived. We sat in that table in the front, left corner, which was nice since it was warmer there and less noisy.
We were greeted right away and was told to sit anywhere we wanted.
Absolutely delicious drinks, wow! The smoked chocolate old fashioned is a must. Two of us did their shots and were super impressed with them that one of us ordered another one!
Food: chicken wings, hot honey chicken sandwich, BBQ Mac, chili. Chili was my least favorite item but everything was pretty amazing. Great quality and very flavorful.
Dessert: home made apple fritter – OMG. It was tiny but DAMN. Prob THE best apple fritter I’ve had in my life. Just wow.
So glad we decided on this place! A must visit if you’re in town!
