Was at Wawa, & I ordered cheese fries. I got back to my apartment & they were hard as a rock. Called the store spoke to a gentleman named Dennis, told me to come back & he would take care of me. Went to the store Dennis the manager took great care of me. He not only gave me a refund but he cooked me new fresh fries (that were amazing btw!) Dennis was amazing, kind & overall a fantastic manager! Thank you Dennis for being you!

Mornings here are a disaster! Coffee is always out, cappuccino/hot chocolate machine works as much as the McDonald’s ice cream machine does (1% of the time), and if you place a drink order dont expect it to be seen, made or get done within 15-20 minutes, or at least until the associates that are supposed to be making it are done talking, joking around, etc- doing everything EXCEPT their job!

The bathrooms are horrible, detestable and very unclean. It obvious that they never clean them. They smell of old urine which is also all over the floors and toilets. But yet they claim it’s a priority for their customers. See pics

Staff is friendly, attentive, and accommodating. Shelves and supplies are usually stocked. Counters are clean, floors swept & bathrooms tended to pretty consistently, as well. If you have any questions about service, just ask & they’ll help you or utilize teamwork to assist in finding a solution. Great for locals & out of towners alike.

We visited Wawa after having been looking forward to it on a trip. We don’t have them in NC. Anyway, we went Monday morning. It was crowded. There was one lady making the coffee which I got quickly that I ordered. There were three people in the area making food. I had to wait about 20 minutes. I got a turkey sub which was very good. My husband got an egg wrap and added bacon to it. Well we got halfway down the road and no bacon. We couldn’t return and would not have just for that, but disappointing that there was no bacon that we paid for. Needless to say a pretty boring wrap. Maybe we can get back to a Wawa somewhere in the near future and give them another try.

I ordered two chicken panini’s, but there’s one big problem, there was not a single piece of chicken on either one. Also, the sandwiches are half of the size of what they were a year ago smh.

Car broke down at this Wawa at 11am, called a tow truck to help and the tow spent 10 minutes trying to jump the battery before deciding to tow it away to a shop. As the tow driver was about to lift my car, a Wawa employee, not sure if it was a manager, came out to tell us we “can’t do that here” and that we had to leave. The employee was completely unnecessary, if anything he could have asked if we needed help given that it was 92 degrees outside. We obviously didn’t choose for the car to suddenly stop working after we got gas, we were doing our best to resolve the situation and leave as quickly as possible. I would never stop at this Wawa again

The manger, Alex is a real one. Super caring and made sure I could eat everything with all my gut sensitivities. He went beyond, looking at the ingredients.
