I went during lunch rush on a Saturday but the service was very fast, compared to other Taco Bell’s I have been to. The food was all good, and they did everything correctly (my husband had a few substitutions)! Outstanding, though, was our cashier, Zuheily (I hope I spell that right – it sounds like “Sue Haley”). She was so kind and patient, which I do not see often enough in food service anymore!!

i changed stores to this one because it was on my way home from work. i had oder online paid more than 8 times already and every single time they wait for me to arrived to start making my food, wasting my time. if im paying online that means i want them to start making my food. well today was my last time coming to this store, im done. i wait for more than 35 minutes for them to start making my food and they never did. i had to call them to make them start preparing my food (hopefuly the food will be ok). this is the only store that does that to me. and its always the same people closing store. lazy. 11/12/25 1:40am. worst crew. not only that, last time i spoke to her and she told me that the reason was that probably they was outside or in the front of store and didnt saw the oder coming in. now that i called she said its because they HAVE to wait for costumer to arrived even if they paid, which it doesnt make sense, iant that the reason we pay online? i had oder in others tacobell stores and others food places and this is the only store that does that.

This was the best food I’ve ate at Taco Bell since the 90s. It was fast,hot and exactly what I ordered. It was also abnormally clean there and polite service. 12/15/25 9:15PM The other fast food restaurants would be in trouble if they always had this level of service at Taco Bell.

50% of the time they get my order incorrect. It’s either missing items or items are made incorrectly.
I’ve spoken to management a few times and they offer to fix it if I drive back or the next time I come, but never offer to compensate me for mistakes.
I suggested that maybe they have someone check the orders before they go out and they said they do. Obviously, they don’t know what they are doing.
If I could give it zero stars I would.

Drive-through took about 15 minutes they can’t handle how many people are coming in. It’s so backed up There’s people on the side street. On top of that after waiting 15 minutes, you expect to have everything in your meal so I got the Cantina chicken meal with two tacos and nachos and they left out the nachos but they put the cheese in there… so I payed $10 for two tacos and a drink

Went thru the drive thru, paid cash with a $50. She gave me a dirty look. When she returned the change, she rolled her eyes and looked away while extending her hand. What did I do? How did I offend this woman? Will not go back there.

Ok Taco Bell I will say this I have visited this place 3xs the 1st time my food was nice and hot no complaints at all. 2nd time I got 3 wet soft tacos. Disgusting they were sticking to the paper it was just so disappointing. I was trying to understand what the heck and how was it water or juice in the paper of all 3 tacos.
The 3rd time was for my kids they got 6 Doritos tacos and the shells were horrible beyond stale they ended up pouring out the contents of each taco on a plate to eat them and tossed the shells.
Come on Taco Bell what happened? It’s time for a new hiring event.

Limited parking. Had to park across Causeway Blvd at convenient store. But food was great. Service awsome. Young lady Kailyn went out of her way to help me out with order. Rest. is fortunate to have this young lady. Thanked her for the help. Quickly told me thats what she’s here for. So unusual these days. Food prep was quick and delicious. Will be back for sure.
