Our second Rotisserie restaurant located in Terrill Rd, Plainfield, NJ. Our passion of Fire, Flavor and Love keeps spreading throughout the local area. We specialize in Cuban/Puerto Rican flavors that makes our food taste very delicious. We serve Rotisserie Bowls that can be salad based or with any protein we serve such as Churrasco Skirt Steak, Charbroiled Chicken Breast, Roasted Pork Cuban Style, Pan Seared Salmon, Garlic Shrimp and Rotisserie Chicken. Traditional diets in the Spanish Caribbean have more things in common than differences. Their cuisine is predominantly made up of a combination of Spanish, indigenous Taíno, and African influences, the first and last occurring over the last five centuries. While Puerto Rico, the Dominican Republic, and Cuba share similar colonial pasts, different historical trajectories have resulted in the distinctions in national cuisine. Common gastronomies of the Caribbean are obviously fish and seafood in general, and also coconut. But they also love pork, rice, beans, plantains, and spices such as cumin and oregano, and herbs like cilantro.
Rooted in the owner’s Puerto Rican and Cuban family culinary journey, I decided to pay a visit to their newest location, Terrill Road Rotisserie in Plainfield, for lunch.
Upon arrival with the music playing in a cozy, casual, energetic vibe at this family-owned/operated establishment, I was greeted by Brandon and had the whole place to myself for a moment, but it does get crowded.
Similar to the Linden facility, their menu consisted of the fusion of Latin flavors featured on 2 kiosks with pictures of every dish so one knows what one’s getting for takeout or dine-in.
Their menu consists a variety of combos, rotisserie bowls, and sides. I decided on a Roast Pork Bowl with arroz con gandules, sweet plantains, coleslaw, street corn salad, and asparagus.
The meal was well seasoned, perfectly cooked, and deliciously tasty. The kitchen staff puts their heart and soul into every dish. Portions were healthy for two meals. The price was reasonable in that it won’t break one’s wallet. The owners, Brian and Mariela, cook with fire, flavor, and love.
I can recommend this place.

I was happy to learn they opened a new restaurant because the one in Linden was great! When I arrived I parked in their lot. I walked in and was greeted and ordered from the kiosk! I ordered:

Located a couple blocks from the East Front Street intersection is a local family owned restaurant that specializes in rotisserie chicken.
Owners Brahiam and Mariela recently opened up this second location.
Based on the restaurant name, it is a no-brainer that I decided to explore the rotisserie chicken combo.
All birds are freshly prepared in the rotisserie oven.
½ Rotisserie Chicken Combo:
This deal includes a half rotisserie chicken along with two sides of your choice.
The chicken is marinated in sofrito, which is a flavorful cooking base with natural ingredients and organic vegetables.
The outer skin was cooked beautifully with a perfect char. The ‘tissie was tender and juicy on the inside. It easily pulls apart and each bite was pure paradise.
The arroz con gandules and mixed vegetables are the backbone to this plate.
If you are pressed for time, order online, pay in advance, park your car, and grab your meal at the pick up window.
Overall, I was highly satisfied with my ‘tissie and I wish the owners and staff all the best with their new endeavor.

So! Yes! Just yes! I’m not sure I’ve ever awarded 5 stars all around before. The staff is attentive and friendly, the building is clean and accessible and the food…. I can cook. This chicken i bought though… Hot dam. I like my arroz con gandules better but that does not mean theirs is bad. So many places don’t seem to know the water ratio. I have zero complaints. I will be back soon for pernil. But I must say my pernil is hard to beat. Prove me wrong lol. THIS WAS DELICIOUS

Food was AMAZING! I am Puerto Rican and I love how the food tasted like Grandma’s home cooked meals. Their chicken no mater how it was cooked was tender and juicy their vegetables and sides also cooked to perfection. My family and I will definetly be returning to show this business love! Flavor at every bite, flavors of the island in our backyard. Love the fact that they prepare everything on site, word of advice when ordering chicken during rush hour call the restaurant to make sure chicken is on the rotisserie. Love that they are making fresh chicken all day not just bulk cooking to make sure customers are getting the best product available. Best place in town!!!
