First time to eat at a Marcop’s Pizza and found the food, service and atmosphere to be very good. Ordered the deluxe pizza bowl for $9,.99 which came in a large flat style cardboard bowl and included pepperoni, Italian sausage, mushrooms, green peppers, onions, original sauce, cheeses and romesan seasoning!!! Could only eat half as it was based on two servings per bowl and very filling. Service was great. The drink machine was not working that visit so had to order over the counter from the back. I would recommend them.

Ordered a Meat pizza using their app. I had ordered from a store in Montgomery before but tried this store per delivery. Pizza arrived hot and they didn’t skimp on the toppings. I used to love Pizza Hut but they have changed for the worst. I definitely recommend Marcos.

So we usually love their pizza, but today there was a rock cooked inside the pizza… My sister almost ate it! I didn’t want to believe her at first, but she’s not in the habit of making stuff up.
It looks like a piece of gravel or something. The pizza tasted great, but needless to say no one else in the family wanted any more. I’m posting this on Google Maps to get the manager’s attention, so that they know it’s a real problem. It’s so bizarre, I don’t want anyone else having this issue and potentially chipping a tooth or choking a child.

They don’t follow national promotions and though the young woman working the register was very pleasant, when she went to the back to ask, the man that responded was terse and rude about it. It wasn’t meant for our ears, but we could hear him from the front counter.

Zeked again! Day 2 of bad restaurant experiences, in the same week! Lol. Went to a funeral that was postponed until next Saturday. Never heard of that before but it happened today. Thought we would salvage the trip across town with lunch at Niki’s West. Strike 2! Closed on Saturday. Back to Trussville. Marco’s pizza next stop. Ordered food, paid CASH! Gave me back change of 19 ones! Manager would not open register they had been using to give me 5’s, 10, anything but 19 ones. So we’re stuck now with enough change in ones to hit Sammy’s strip club. Fountain drinks, no ice. They don’t know what is wrong. Hasn’t worked all day. Refund my money. We’re out of here. No cash refunds! The Manager was a sure nuff jerk. We were scared to eat the pizza by now not knowing what they may have done to it. Chunked it! Learned lots more than I ever needed to know about Marco’s pizza. I definitely know, no question about it, this was our last trip here!!! Won’t step foot through their door again. I’m pretty sure they will be glad too. Lol

Today is December 2. There are 9 different people I here waiting more than an hour here in the store for they’re order. Staff at the desk keeps saying 20 min to everyone that asks. Half of the orders are incorrect. If you want OK pizza and are ok waiting 2 hours after you ordered it alone for a total of 3 hours….go for it.

10-24-23 ordered pizza and cheesy bread from Trussville location for carry out. Arrvied at the store and asked for the name of the order by a female, then disappered out the back door never to return. Once the order was ready there was confusion on the name of the order. The man working the back was the person who finally gave me my order. Once I got in the car I checked the order. The cheesy bread looks terrible. Not a lot of cheese for cheesy bread compared to perivous orders. The qaulity of this store is well, bad! In my opinion the store needs a complete reset from top down.

Love Marco’s Pizza. The food was good and the people were nice. Easy to pick up a good pizza at a fair price. Ordered online and it was hot and ready when I arrived. Love the meatball pizza! Handy location – on a corner at a light, which makes getting back onto Highway 11 much easier!
