This was a delivery order and it was horrible! The lettuce and cucumbers were brown and slimy and watery. I didn’t bother to return due to no transportation. I was truly disappointed being a senior citizen my options are limited. I see other reviews, some good some bad; I just hope they get some consistency where all orders can be enjoyed. I just wasted my money.

I asked for 2 loaded fries and I know they heard me and the cashier claims that it didn’t ring uo so they had to charge me twice which pissed me off. I’m done doing business with them. Plus they never let me use my QR code in the drive thru but I see plenty of them use it. Plus the food is nasty. It wasn’t worth the $30 I spent which I feel I should get a full refund.. y’all just lost a customer! The last time we dined in, the AC was so cold, it was uncomfortable. Glad to know y’all like to freeze out customers. Well, never again!

This is the “Nibbler plate “ I ordered . my order was over 50$ for my family this evening . Everything was over turned and the bread was burnt in my plate so shriveled it couldn’t even cover the chicken to make it a proper nibbler sandwhich , if you can call that bread it was burnt it was hard to tell . I’m so disappointed in this . I tried to call and speak to someone and of course I got no answer ! The person who made this plate was clearly over it . I also was rudely told they didn’t have cup holder in a tone similar to “just deal with it “ as she shoved the drinks my way and then got impatient as I shoveled to find room in my jeep for every drink I ordered .

Every time I go to the Zaxbys in Jackson they always mess up my order I usually get the 6 finger plate and someone there doesn’t know how to count I always end up getting 4 tenders and then I went back to get it fixed and they gave me 5 tenders. Today I ordered the wings and things meal and got tossed tenders rather than the wings and the tenders. The food is usually nasty and the team there is rude.

Terrible customer service. Guy at window didn’t even speak. Went here at 7:58 on October 24, 2025. When I pulled up to the window, he did not even give me a total. Just reached out and took my money. Worst experience at Zaxby’s I’ve ever had.
