Very Good Pizza, Awesome lasagna, Great Eggplant!!! If you like Eggplant this is the place for you, thick slices served with angel hair pasta. The pizza a very good it had great cheese and toppings. The lasagna was just what I was expecting hot and cheesy with lots of meat and sauce. Our server was Alyia she was friendly and attentive providing drinks and whatever else we needed. Pro Tip: We picked up gift cards from Costco, not sure if they are always available but they did offer extra value.

Conveyer belt pizza with lack of toppings, low quality products. Ok for a kids party or something where no one has any idea what pizza should taste like. Not the worst but considering the options in PV you can do better. Large space. The antipasto salad had blobs of ice cold things and plain balsamic dressing. Nothing impressive. Crab cakes were ok but came with weird undressed salad.
The tiramisu was a major disappointment. Used sweet cake and frosting like substance. Nothing like a tiramisu except for the appearance.
Service was friendly, and the server was very kind and people checked on us. Wouldn’t come back if this was the only pizza place in town.

Visited on 1/18/26: No one at the door to great guests as they entered. The one waitress was trying to put in a phone order which was taking quite some time. After being seated was finally greeted by the waitress who seemed less than pleased to be working. Drinks were ordered and served. The food was ordered and after 37 minutes it arrived. Food was mediocre at best. The chicken parmigiana was rubbery and tasted like dirty fryer oil. It was dark brown and definitely overcooked. The chicken picatta was very undersauced for a dish that relies on a sauce for flavor.
The service was subpar. Again the waitress seemed bothered and never offered any reason why the food was taking so long. I overheard another waitress talking with a table state food was taking longer because of a large party. Our waitress just didn’t care. She also never stopped by to ask if we wanted refills of our drinks.
The restaurant itself was very cold and felt off. Between the subpar service and the not so good food we will not return there. If management actually reads this and fixes the problems I would be surprised.

The best: music was not blaring. The pizza and salad dishes were amazing and beautifully presented.
The not so good: The margarita tasted plain when it was supposed to be flavored. My espresso was on the cool side. I was asked how the food was when I had not yet taken a bite, lol, but the service was pretty good aside from that. I can not recall if anyone gave their name, but maybe they had. But nevertheless, they were very welcoming to us.

Take out customer.
1st time lasagna, comes with soft, warm, chewy bread. Best I found on mountain top tricity area.
2nd visit, spagetti, came with perfectly buttery full loaf traditional garlic bread.(update , It seems that was a mistake. Found out later)*I ordered a side of extra sauce each time. Perfect! So enjoyed…next..
Both times got garlic knots. Delicious got sides of ranch, also good.
Here was the test.
Had leftover garlic knots because two full to eat all of them after the lasagna night. I got a new order because you never know how things will reheat the next day… I use hot oven, never micro. And just as good reheated!! Would never know they were left overs.
I plan to be a return customer often! Appreciate good food at fair prices and hard to find . Enough food to share.

Such a great experience from start to finish. Our server, Alyia, was attentive in a really thoughtful way always checking in at the right moments and making sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, and the food came out hot and fresh You can tell the care that goes into both the service and the food here. Definitely a place we’ll keep coming back to (:

There was a sign at the front to walk around the host area to get the attention of an employee to be greeted and seated. The bartender made eye contact countless times, and although she only had a couple of people at the bar, polishing glassware was more important than greeting multiple tables waiting at the host stand. It’s concerning to not have host staff on a weekend night. It was a ghost town for a Saturday night.

Our server was untrained, but attempted to do a good job. The food was OK. The only real noteworthy employee was the expediter, who did a great job. We were told multiple times that the kitchen was backed up, which was no problem. It was odd for a mostly empty restaurant.

Throughout dinner, empty tables sat covered in dirty glassware and plates, with little attempt to clean up after customers had left. It was evident there was no manager around, and there was no system to the service staff.
The staff was more interested in getting the restaurant shut down early versus paying attention to the customers they had.

Your Prescott Valley staff should take notes from your Prescott staff who hustle and do an incredible job, every time. I’m embarrassed to leave a poor review, but we have no interest in coming back.

We were excited to visit the restaurant after being away from town for many years. We came with our kids after a movie and ordered two kids’ meals and a pizza to share. The food and service were great, which made this experience especially disappointing.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the restaurant left a lot to be desired. The bathroom was disgusting, with muck and debris in every corner. The floor was littered with toilet paper, paper towel pieces, and trash. There was also trash under multiple tables, including the one we sat at. The brown shelving that divides the tables was heavily coated in dust.

While we enjoyed the food, the condition of the bathroom and dining area raised concerns about overall cleanliness, including the kitchen. This was not an ideal environment for a family dinner out.
